Hmm. It didn't get Ed or Larry from Dharma&Greg... I wonder if I missed something on the show or if it just didn't know them. Couldn't help it with them either, it compared the characters to people from shows I never heard of!

>Erno: But are you a sitcom character? Actually I'd rather be an evil dictator... I was the 8th person to play as Pip from South Park. It guessed right. It didn't guess Tarja Halonen, the president of Finland. Ok, maybe she isn't exactly an evil dictator, but all heads of state should qualify...

I answered the questions as me! HA! It doesn't know everybody! It said: "I guess that you are Prof. Oak from Pokemon! Am I right?" Erno

>"I knew you were Robert Mugabe from Zimbabwe from the start, but I strung >you along for a while to make it seem more sporting. I hope that one day you >will overcome the powerful sense of humiliation that you now feel. " I got the same message with Stalin...

http://www.smalltime.com/dictator.html I tried it twice, first as Ross from "Friends", and then as Stalin. It guessed both right.

>Isn't that the one where the guy was doing head-downs on like >his fifth jump??????!??? Yes, and with a ball too! But remember he had lots of tunnel time. Which wouldn't help him with the CF he was doing the next jump... I actually found "Cutaway" rather entertaining...

>I guess I'll go rent "Point Break" again Again? You have seen the other three skydiving-movies as well, haven't you? Dropzone, Terminal Velocity and Cutaway.

>wonder if theres anything i can do before a jump to help.. I don't know about that, but I used to have some ear-problems when I started jumping and now I have no problems whatsoever. I guess my ears just got used to it? Anyone else have similar experiences? Erno -
A couple of years back we had a s/l-student who was 75! He'd gotten bored after his wife died so he decided to try something new. He also does paragliding during winters in spain. Alas, we had to ground him a couple of years later when he couldn't get his arch right anymore... He never got past static-lines, but loved every minute of it. He visited the dropzone this summer, and AFAIK he still paraglides, even though he must be almost 80 by now...

I wouldn't feel comfortable bumping end-cells with someone who has not received proper training in CF-emergencies. Erno

>You should see the looks you get from wuffo's when you try >to launch a 4 way formation out the pub door at closing time. I think it's more like: "You should see the looks you get from wuffo's at closing time. " no, no...hmmm: "You should see the looks you get from wuffo's. " Yeah, that's more like it

>Maybe they are a lot more expensive where you live. Umm... Hell yeah! I haven't really loooked into it before, but I just checked and the cheapest one I could find was 199€...

>Almost everyone has a player I'd say that's a serious overestimation... Most computer-geeks I know have one on theis pc's, but I don't think I know anyone with a standalone-player...

Only if you're self-employed... Otherwise it should be your boss doing the suing I'm an old hand...

>My question after this tale of woe - am I wasting my time? Bullshit. That's right; bullshit.
