Are we talking about a little person being 4'7 or sth more like 3'6? Also approximate weight? Perhaps see how fast she can fall in a wind tunnel which would also further prepare her for stability For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp

GoPro and Sony are 2 totally different cameras for different markets. They're not meant to be compared. GoPro's are for sports action lightweight rugged and decent quality while Sony is geared more towards the person who wants higher quality video for important events, not designed for rugged outdoor use but for spectacular events that u can zoom in on better low light and u can see what you're actually filming. Doing a Mr. Bill with a rope linked to a cutaway system once your partner's canopy is good rappel down and have some fun with your friend throwing turns and swinging you around, but be sure that the cutaway system is well and good ;) Never seen it done but seems like scary fun! Why would you choose a CX110 or cx150 when the cx160 is exactly the same price as the 150? Or is it solely due to the availability you base your choice upon? at least currently on amazon it is For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp

With all these new toys that were recently announced at CES which ones would be suitable/best for skydiving? I'm assuming the CX-160 is included as its similar to the previous CX-150. Any significant differences between these two besides the lens? http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ContentDisplayView?cmsId=ces2011_digital_Imaging&catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1#/handyCamTabData DSE any preferences/your opinion on these "updates"? Also what is your take on the HDR-TD10 Sony's consumer 3D camcorder? Sure it's a bit beefy for skydiving but perhaps worth it? I'm thinking the release date of the majority of these would be around mid March as they were launched last year. Custom container and new reserve- comes packed- repack?
mchamp replied to skyflower_bloom's topic in Gear and Rigging
It depends. If it is a Vector packed by Pablito, then the rig stays packed and I use that packjob until it expires. If it comes from the factory by a rigger I don't know or trust, then it goes to my rigger for a repack. +1 Pablito is THE man! Better have plenty of 5D mark II cameras or nikon D3x's or D3s coupled with the latest and greatest HD camcorders! I'm sure those RED cameras would suffice For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp

Rig on shoulder or rig in gear bag?
mchamp replied to npgraphicdesign's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Anybody know if the recent incident in TX where a man that somehow managed to board and bring a loaded gun onto a plane would hinder skydivers bringing their rig WITH an AAD? Traveling to TX next week to escape the cold and jump For info regarding lift ticket prices all around the world check out http://www.jumpticketprices.com/dropzones.asp
