Do you mean your ground level starts at 400ft? My bad I thought you were making a joke about jumping at 400ft!!!!! That nice thick air beats the thin shit we have to flare in at at 4500ft msl. When I was in CA I noticed a big differnce in the flare. jason

Yeah we sit at 4500ft msl and drop people out at 10000ft agl (quick math) thats 14500ft. Now if your at say 300ft msl an 182 or 206 can easily do 14000ft msl jason

In terms of bears, I've read that in the case of being attacked by a grizzly or brown bear your best defence is to remain as calm and still as possible becuase the bear is either protecting its cubs or its territory or what not, but in the case of a "BLACK" bear attck your best chance is to fight back with everything you have because when they attck there purpose is to kill you!!!! This is what I've readd by people who have wittnessed acounts am I close jason this was written before your hint

Dan I think people have answered your qusetion. thers is Elsinore and parris approx 4hrs away, Jean (which I believe is gravity zone) which was 1/2hr away, mesquite will have a plane there the 8,9,10 which is approx 1.5hrs away and then there is the windtunnel in LV. What more do you want. Hell we even threw in some midgets and whores for a fare price

I never have jumped without an alt..... its not that i wouldnt someday, but if your going to jump stoned then I would think you need all the backup you can have. Although you probably shouldnt even be jumping at the time. jason

Also at our DZ we'll do two plane luanches where are planes will fly together and in the 182 we luanch the base and in the 206 all the swoopers come down to dock on us. Thats fun as hell!! jason
