Did anyone hear about how Netscape was going to release its latest eddition with an anti-popup-add option. Then decided not to! I think there was a Thread about it and there were numerous sharewarez mentioned that would help. Do a search. Nick My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

Yeah Nice, Some people think driving a car is as simple as walking down the street... It is really... if you're walking down the street with a loaded, hair-trigger assault rifle cocked and pointed straight ahead at all times!! A car is a weapon and should be treated as such. I still remember the first words of my driving instructor when I was 16: "Most of you people here risk your life (refering to being a passenger in a moving car) every single day without even giving it a first thought! When you start driving, you will have the lives of coutless others in your hands... think about it!" Just a thought My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

First, I'd wish that for each wish of mine (except the first) the genie would be able to grant one of his/her own and that the satisfaction of said granted wishes be the same for him as it is for me! I think that would just about cover the "asshole-genie in the sweet-heart genies clothing" problem. Second, I would wish to have the powers of all known Gods.. Powers rivaled only by those of the genie should he/she then chose to make the same wish. Third... To go back a little in time, to Florida and join Dove in her Jello Vat!!! (no genies or HH allowed though ) My Karma ran over my Dogma!!! -

There have been many good posts here about the topic of drinking and driving... The original post also asked about Marijuana... I... I mean... a friend of mine... smokes joints behind the wheel all the time. I... He, doesn't think anything of it... I think it's okay too so long as he don't get completely incompetently screwed-up-stoned... I mean, what happens? You automatically slow your speed down to 40km/h and STILL think you're going to fast. Plus, you look out a lot more, I find. What do you guys think??? My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

You have the benefit of hindsight now... If you go knock on his door now, he will also have the benefit of hindsight... If he had gotten into an accident and hurt/killed someone, hindsight would then become that which provides the guilt which hauts him for the rest of his life. On the other hand, I have been in the car with a friend driving the looooong distance to meet others at a party. When we were 10-20 minutes away from the house, we both cracked open beers and had 2 and a bit in each of us before even pulling up to the house... I know the alcohol did not have time to enter the systme but still felt like I was "Breaking the law! Breaking the law!" It was kinda cool actually. Nick My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

Yeah, it's all about the gold bikini!!! My favorite character was Boba Fet... Jango is cool too! All those who have not seen the trilogy, DON'T!!! Hold out until episode 3 is out for rental and watch all 6 in a CRAZY star wars marathon. My GF has not seen a single episode and that's what she's gonna do... Bet you'll love 'em! I've already decided on Cremation. My ashes are to be slip up among a small group of people who are very close to me. Each will be told to do with them, what they feel. This way, everybody gets their own proper closure. I've already been told some plans... My mother, who is also a pilot will give me the air burial. My father has expressed that he will have a mini-earn to display his portion on the fireplace mantle. One friend with whom I've done much traveling will further divide his portion and scatter the ashes on the four corners of the world. A good friend will of course take me on a dirt-dive! And some have not yet decided... I guess it'll be a surprize hahaha My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

Our DZ is pretty good for that sort of thing. Mainly because everyone spends the nights there and there's no point to getting loaded on the night you're driving home. I'm not the biggest drinker myself but I say to each their own... Of course that does not apply to drinking and driving because at this point you are endangering others. I get absolutely FURIOUS about this topic and think drunk drivers ought to be tarred, feathered and beaten to within an inch of their lives!... IMO My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

Yeah, I asked the HH to remove the thread due to the fear some of the posts put in me... 'twas a good one while it lasted but it if left, it would have been like a little, on-line, time-bomb for me. Not at the same time! lol I got my 'open water' certification and have done a bit of SCUBA since.. One very valid similarity... SCUBA and SKY divers are both almost always broke! My Karma ran over my Dogma!!!

Me too! my house is under the approach path of a busy airport too and I has picturing it in my own backyard. gwarr! I think you should stop smoking tha wacky-tobbacki before bed too.
