So was the guy two weeks ago that head butted a suburban! He was a champion rider. The skill set is amazing; however, it should not be on a public roadway! He is completely wrong for doing that on a roadway. Even if he's the only person killed in an accident, he will ruin the life of others involved with the accident. Not that I have any sort of experience with technical riding, riding actions and major accidents... im not defending it, but im just saying, where else are you going to do somethihng like that? just happy it looked like an old rarely used road and not a main HWY. it looks like they went out to a place like that to reduce danger. not like they did it on the I5 (california) or something. IHYD

im not trying to be a dick, but the best way to learn is to just go do a bunch of tracking dives and see what works for you, with your name being fluid dynamics it seems like you are used to reading books to give you the answer...just go play. IHYD

No! its the internet, everyone has an oppinion and its not always the right one, there is lots of good advice but also lots of bad advice, a newer jumper does not know the difference yet, they should be speaking to their instructors and other people at the DZ before consulting a forum. IHYD

it would be nice to know what canopy you are flying, how much you weigh, where you are jumping etc etc etc...sounds like you arent very current as it is. IHYD

i kind of find it funny, a new skydiver sends scott lutz and email about how dumb he was 14yrs ago. LOL!!!! awesome :). i say we publicize the email and have everyone on DZ.com sned hima love letter wishing him well :). IHYD
