I have a Z1 and have not had any fogging issues with it when jumping in cold weather here in CO. I keep the shield open until the door opens. I open the shield as soon as I'm under canopy. Haven't put any anti-fogging or other solutions on the face shield. No special breathing through nose or mouth, but I would say I breath solely through my nose in free fall. If you are considering buying a new helmet I highly recommend the Z1. Its very comfortable and I love the two finger opening of the face shield. *I am not afraid of dying... Anti-virus (free home addition) for over 4 years now and never had a single problem, and it also always detects any virus attempts on my computer. http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html *I am not afraid of dying... If you ever get a bug in your ear (cockroaches and earwigs are the main culprits) do not try to use water to flush it out as the water will make it expand, making it more difficult to remove. Instead use a vegetable oil, drip in slowly and bug will often climb out. Even if it doesn't climb out it will die and stop trying to claw it's way through your ear drum, later to be extracted by a medical professional. Yeah... they suck to write. Not sure I could find mine, but you can find many generic ones online and then make the necessary changes/additions to personalize it for yourself. I'd keep it short and to the point (about 3 paragraphs) and definitely less than a full page. 1st paragraph: about why you are applying. 2nd paragraph: personal statements about yourself. 3rd paragraph: tying in the first two, about why you are a good candidate for the position. *I am not afraid of dying... I am pretty sure that 8" - 10" avg. to the cervix is way too high. It is actually closer to 3" - 4" and lengthens with sexual arousal as the cervix also retracts. I did a GYN rotation and have seen many cervix's. Pretty sure the ladies will confirm this... *I am not afraid of dying... I wasn't impressed by any of the heavy weights this season and thought pretty much every bout was boring and lacked any good talent. I was hopeful for big baby but yeah he has no chin, too bad. I don't think big country has a big future in MMA. I hope he gets his ass beat soon so I don't have to watch him lay on top of anyone else as his main game plan.
