Do you really need it explained to you. He also mentioned debris etc... in the same sentence. There is an actual 'debris zone' that was established at the time following 9-11. Some people feel that area/zone deserves the same memorial respect or consideration as the actual blocks of ground zero. For lack of better comparison... take the Jewish concentration camps. While Jews may not have been killed in all corners of the camp grounds, there have been perimeters set in place creating 'memorial zones' so to speak. The entire area is respected and not just the specific buildings/rooms known for what took place there. This is a SIMPLE matter of respect... too many people seem to be too ignorant to understand that. Unthinkable - this movie sucked. It was one of those movies that pretty much takes place in one room/setting and the plot blew! I give this movie to mad faces and a (don't watch). -- Kick-ass -this movie was great! Had good action and was pretty damn funny. A few scenes were Quenton Tarantino like. I give this movie

Hey NYC jumpers... I'm going to be in NY Oct 7-11th and planning on juming all day on either that Fri, Sat, or Sun. I've jumped at Skydive LI a couple of times and was thinking about checking out the Ranch this time around. I was hoping to catch a ride with someone if your planning on going up one of those days to either dz. I'm going to be staying in Brooklyn a few nights and in Mid-town a few nights. I will buy the gas and can come to your location in the AM where ever that is. Also plan on partying in Brooklyn (Park Slope) most nights and it'd be cool to meet some fellow jumpers for some drinks. Clearly, you would never be bothered by this. However, some people may regret the decision. I'm just pointing out the possibility. Let me guess - You tell them that it's perfectly safe, too. Hopefully, you will never have a friend, whom to talked into jumping, seriously injured on a jump. The sooner you start FF, the sooner you can start making fun of the RWers. On a serious note... after you get comfortable (can hold it without corking) in your sit make sure you get an experienced FF'r to sit with you so they can tell you how shitty your sit is so you can make the appropriate corrections. Ask them right away how to: 1. use your legs to make slight tweaks in your fall rate (you don't want to be going between sit and stand all the time) 2. not back slide 3. how to move forward (I've heard a bunch of advice on this) you may have to find the one that works best for you. 8. Learn all the shit between 3 and 8 that I can't tell you about. You'll be docking in no time. *I am not afraid of dying... I've read about this app. Do you use it? Does it really speed up using a touch keyboard? Did it take long to learn and become proficient? I just started swype texting on my Droid2 and it f'n rocks. It's super easy to learn, just drag your finger to each key instead of tapping individually, way faster. Wish I could do it on my PC.
