Gibralter? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

Well, presumably only the birth mother would have any legal standing. The "other mother" is nothing more than a family friend as far as the state is concerned. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

If the King has paid the slightest attention to it in the following century, the American Revolution shouldn't have been necessary. It doesn't say that you don't have to pay taxes, any more than the US Bill of Rights does. Quite a few of these were failures to abide: "grants and promises of fines or forfeitures" before conviction are void. We need to revisit that one re: civil forfeiture "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

A little help and advise on helmets please!
Southern_Man replied to Donteven's topic in Gear and Rigging
Fit is very specific to the model, so you can't use the open face and assume a full face will be the same size. Also, does not just include the size of your melon but also the shape of your face, so some people find particular brands not suited to your head. Try before you buy. Real answer: It is a cash benefit (for the ones I am talking about). What difference does it make if the cash is in actual physical cash or in "0" and "1"s on a plastic card? There is no requirement for how it is spent. There are times in life when it is more convenient to deal in cash and other times when it is more convenient to deal in plastic. That continues to be the case with cash benefits just as it is for you and me. I am paying a co-worker today for some girl scout cookies. Since she doesn't have a card reader I am paying her in cash. If people get cash benefits are they not allowed to buy girl scout cookies? Even if their own child is selling them? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?" -
I've never understood why they play the anthem before sporting events anyway. It always seems pretty Third Reich to me. Not everything is a political event. Started in WWII as a way to deflect criticism--there were many people who thought the leagues should stop playing during wartime. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

So you shouldn't be able to get cash from your cash benefit? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?" -

Yes, this is conceptually correct. All of the rent assistance programs that I am aware of the rent subsidy is paid directly to the landlord, though. TANF is the largest program that I know of that is a straight cash benefit. People can also get SSI or SSDI benefits on a debit/credit card, although that is a separate card and most people choose to get those benefits direct deposited into a checking account. Personally I think the country she lives in, or is a citizen of (is she?) , should be a bigger factor than where daddy was born. International sport and nationalism increasingly makes less and less sense...the boundaries are just too porous. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?" -

Well, we can't go against nature can we? After all these are Christians who believe in a Savior who was born of a virgin, walked on water, changed the water into wine, cured the sick, rose from the dead, and went into the heavens without an airplane. Sure, tell us more about how only natural actions are good... "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

I work as a social worker with people with intellectual disabilities and one of my tasks is sometimes to help people acquire ID. Sometimes these people don't have birth certificates. Sometimes they have had an ID but it is expired. Anyway, I would guess I end up sending off for birth certificates a couple of times a year. All the things you suggest are more difficult for people without an ID than one with. The people I work with are often folks who have been in the social services system for years. So at some point they either had ID or it was not needed (when I started my current job, 10 years ago, Social Security agents and DSS agents would accept my word of who somebody was, but no more). So they are likely still receiving benefits such as Medicare, Medicaid, Food Stamps, and Social Security because most of those programs only require establishing identity for initial eligibility. The last two birth certificates I sent off for were for people who had ID, but let them expire and couldn't renew without the birth certificate. The work-around in my state is the the Vital Records will let me as a social worker apply for a birth certificate with a request on agency letterhead and a copy of my ID. So that works but how somebody without a social worker manages that I am not sure. I did have one client (I no longer work with her) who was born out of state and due to her disability was not able to give any information about her birth parents and we were not even sure what county she was born in (we knew the state). I never did figure out how to get her a birth certificate or a state issued ID. I am unaware of any situation in which one of my clients wanted to register to vote but was unable to do so. Thanks for the correction, it appears I was looking at some incorrect information. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

Unless something has changed I do not believe that rig has a TSO certification from the FAA, so it would not be legal for you to jump in the US. (visiting jumpers could jump it, other caveats, etc.) "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

Well, you caused me to look into it a little more. In addition to the household survey there is also an establishment survey every month (establishment=business). BLS says the establishment survey has a smaller margin or error than the household survey. There are a lot of technical notes and it takes a little digging just to find out what the margin of error is. Here's what they say: At an unemployment rate of around 6.0 percent, the 90-percent confidence interval for the monthly change in unemployment as measured by the household survey is about +/- 300,000, and for the monthly change in the unemployment rate it is about +/- 0.2 percentage point Complete counts (were they practically feasible) are also not 100% accurate. You just introduce different sources of error. I am always in favor of disclosing more, rather than less information so I also wish they disclosed the margin or error, but for all I know it is on the bottom of every release the BLS sends out but doesn't get reported. It would not change (much, maybe fractionally) from month to month. Anyway, I think either survey would be far more representative than just adding up the number of unemployment claims. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

They actually pretty extensively cover the methodology at that link. It is a household survey. Census takers do a survey of, I believe ~60,000 households a month. It says they take steps to insure that is a representative sample and statistically that is quite a large sample so if the sample is good than then the results should have a high degree of confidence. Without being a professional in polling or statistics that is about all I can conclude by just looking at what they publish. The number of unemployment claims filed is a different indicator that is, of course, also frequently reported. I believe it is calculated directly by reports of claims filed. The labor force participation rate is another indicator of the health of the labor market. All these are important indicators but it important to understand just what is being measured and how. So you posted incorrect and misleading information, still have no scientific studies to back up any of your suspicions, and get angry when somebody points these facts out and attack that person? And then you want to point out that it is a discussion and call me argumentative and ignorant? OK, whether vaccines cause problems or not is a matter of evidence and proof, not simple opinion. I have no issues with you personally (except for you apparently wishing me to be killed) and honestly fail to see where I have been argumentative in any way. I've simply posted evidence and challenged you to do the same. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"

Do you have a source for anybody recommending 175-200 vaccines? The CDC says they recommend 16: http://www.cdc.gov/vaccinesafety/vaccines/multiplevaccines.html Fair enough. I just found this w/a quick search: how many vaccinations do u.s. children/receive? It shows 69 shots being given to kids, not 16. When I was a Child. I only received the 16. 69 is still more than 400% more... My point stands, along w/the others I've made. I've been in health care for almost twenty years, now. I've made my conclusions. You're welcome to yours. So where did you get the 175-200 number? Did you just make it up? Your link shows 69 shots but still only 16 diseases being vaccinated. Which vaccines do you think are causing which problems? Do you have any sources linking vaccines to autism? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
