Blue Skies All,
Hello, I'm new to this forum and new to S/D.
I've been jumping out of Snohomish, Wa. Doing my level 4 and 5 (static) on the 12th of Sept. Then on to my AFF. Sort of got a late start in this sport. I’m pushing 50. But I tell you, I’ve found nothing else that compares to how I feel when I am in the air. Once my feet touch the ground, all I want to do is get back up there. This stuff has been keeping me up at night. What a rush. I love it. I feel better about myself and more confident at my job. I figure, if I can do this I can do anything. For me, skydiving is a place where I lose myself and find myself. Please tell me if no one else feels the same way.
I have about a thousand questions.
I’m hoping to meeting some great people and getting some good advice.
Right now, I'm asking if there are exercises I can do that will help with arch positioning.
Take care, talk to ya soon
