I placed no emphasis on any kind of value judgement made by the OP, my statement was simply on the nose in the air attitude I have found from many europeans about the death penalty, they abhor it and think we are savages to still use it. but their attitude changes when asked what the penalty for a rape/murder that is commited on thier sister or mother. Do you deny that in, say, Texas, a premeditated rape-murderer would likely be sentenced to death? *** Personally I believe in a life for a life. I like the "eye for an eye" type of punishment. Its winter up here, the slope at white pass was awsome today, did alot of playing out in the trees, gonna be sore tomorrow.... it was freakin awsome! as it gets cold up here, my interest in jumping outta an airplane just seems to vanish. with the gas powered, its not just a one time purchase, you will need fuel, maintanence, and trust me... replacement parts. the motors need rebuilding from time to time also (its quite easy though) the parts are fairly reasonable. The initial cost hurts, approximately 300-900$ for everything you need to play. The electric truck I got for my son two years ago for 70$ from toys r us is still going strong, has two selectable settings one for speed, the other for torque. He still loves it, and other than the missing door mirrors and roadrash its in great shape, and I believe they make much higher performace electrics nowdays, but you may have to go to a hobbiest shop to find - just add $$$
