he's 11, will check out gears of war, not sure about the left for dead, he's not all that into horror games or movies though. thanks! Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

My son really likes first person shooter games on his X-box but he doesn't like to play alone, he prefers a split screen two person shooter. he loves all the Halo games. need some suggestions for new two person shoot em up games for xmas. I have run into many of them over the years, most I just let spin their tale with a smile and a slight "egging on" just to see how far they will go.... so I am petty... sue me some though ... some people will just not stop even when busted quite thoroughly and the hole just keeps getting deeper no matter how hard they dig

Stiletto is an awesome canopy for *casual* swooping, a nice smooth carving turn can produce very nice swoops and a mad giggle at the end of the swoop where it produces tons of shut down in no wind. it is NOT for ripping a hard 270 and out swooping all your friends. The recovery arc is really short compared to the more modern swooping canopy's and your just too close to the ground for my idea of a safe swoop - heh, like swooping Is safe.... dumbest thing I have ever loved doing

FYI - scalping people was never legal - you could only do it to Indians to collect the bounty in certain regions and as everyone knew back then.... they weren't people code duello has got to be still on the books somewhere!!! and as for shooting bars willie nillie... screw the law bullets are too expensive!! and what did that bar do to you!! Roy Ps: ok... yeah I am bored, home sick and the above did sound funnier in my head than when I put on the computer - but what the hell.

Unarmed Man Is Charged With Wounding Bystanders Shot by Police

our country has truly gone insane... Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it. -
its nothing new, been around a long time - once it was called shell shock, battle exaustion and other names. there is a reason that those with it commit suicide at a high rate and anybody who hasn't gone through what they have have no right to judge. I am pretty sure everyone who truly suffers from it would give up their disability checks to be free from it. I receive a military disability check each month but not for ptsd, I would immediately give it up to have my knee back. Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

LMAO!!! how the hell did you find that?!! Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

He isn't advertising, he's asking for advice on what a fair market value on an older canopy is. to the OP : its an older model crossbrace - new better designs have emerged, you wont get much for it even if you can find a buyer - unfortunately as they are fast and fun. Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

the annoying post that says "porshe should redesign then so they don't explode/burn" has to be a troll... no car can take a high speed impact that nearly cuts the car in half... damn, I liked his character in the fast and furious Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

Awesome, TY and thank your bf for me I kinda tend to lock into the most obvious and usually worse case scenario *(something broke) - tonight when I get back from dropping my son off in Oregon I will completely disassemble the weapon- give it a a complete cleaning and test it tomorrow. Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.
-
hah, I knew sooner or later in one of my posts someone would bust me on that. of course you are correct

doh, lol, I put in m&p shield failure to fire.... TY!!! Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

so me and the kid go shooting today, first clip out of my 6 month old smith & Wesson 9mm shield go well, then nothing.... just a click - eject the unspent round and find the primer is only slightly dented on each of the next 8 I try and the impact point is not the same on each there are perhaps 400 rounds through this weapon so far. switched to my defense ammo and find it does exactly the same. its going to my gunsmith next weekend, anyone else have a similar problem? I am thinking the firing pin sheared or its spring broke there are 0 posts on the smith & Wesson website addressing this problem so it seems I once again find a strange issue *(getting to almost be a normal thing in my life) anyone got any other guesses as to the cause? Years ago I was at my first boogie and my gear was 3rd hand gutter gear with a bazillion jumps on it, I had been saving for months to be able to jump my butt off. the day started off awesome! totally clear skies, no wind, my home dz - tons of people and my first big airplane!! oh this is gonna be fun!! first jump.... first 6 way ever
-
and I would do anything for love, but I won't do that, oh no, I won't do thatSlySlySly *** oh great, now that song is running through my head!! thanks a lot, *(its the only lyrics in the whole song I can recall to so the soundtrack is a tad repetitive) Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... nope, a few years back I wandered into an Oregon dz in time to gear up n meet the plane, obviously too late to get in on the 10 way as that group was already dirt diving I approached a pair of jumpers I didn't know and asked if they would be interested in making it a 3 way, sure! was the reply then one asked how many jumps I had so I told them - there was a long pause as they exchanged looks then the one doing the talking hesitantly said 'ummm, you probably don't want to jump with us, I only have 100 jumps, he's got 60... I was incredulous... why wouldn't I want to fly with you guys was my response. jumped with those two the remainder of the day, by the end of the day we were working on back ins and both were doing very good. and I had a blast! when I was a noob the high jump number jumpers went out of the way to pull me in and work with me - I recall one 4 way where the collective jump numbers were 12k - I had 80 or so. I hate cliques and puffed up self important skygods. Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

Thug-with-a-badge smashes woman's face, then files charges against *her*

no excuse for this... some losers should never have any authority over anyone, I don't care what kind of day he had there is no excuse for his actions. to protect and serve Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it. -
I know what you mean, I got broken of the habit when I was in boot camp and the drill instructor thought I was flipping him off.... ahhh, memories Roy They say I suffer from insanity.... But I actually enjoy it.

because its faith, and cannot be disproven no matter how ridiculous the claims made... reality scares people and some will always need to cling to fairytales. Roy I have said it before here on dz.com - I am quite jealous of those who really believe - I wish I could have the comfort and security they have, but I cannot force myself to believe. Armed citizens stopping mass shootings - Who to believe?
D22369 replied to ryoder's topic in Speakers Corner
agreed, I have to wonder what the percentage of owners actually try to reduce the risk of having them turned against them or stolen, sadly I personally think the % would be quite low... even a cheap gun safe is a decent deterrent, and a good one isn't really that expensive. other than my personal carry weapon everything else is in a locked gun vault so I don't fear being shot with any of my weapons unless I was overpowered and my carry pistol was taken away from me. I do fear being unable to defend my son or self in large crowds - malls, theatres, etc. keeping weapons and ammo where anyone who gains access to them is irresponsible and careless so I do see your point - having seen friends who keep them leaning in corners or in closets.
