    I agree and disagree..however, I think the store should deal with the manufacturer directly IMO. But..I do know that there are policies and they have them for whatever reasons they have them. They told my Mom to contact the manufacturer which we did and they replaced it. Problem solved...I guess there are so many dishonest people in the world who rip places off and try to scam the retail industry that it sucks for those of us who are honest. We spoke to the manager and he explained the policy and he agreed that it sucked for the consumer as well but there was nothing he could do. I've worked retail before so I understand.

    That happened to my mom. She bought a DVD player from Target and 3 months after she got it, the thing broke. They would not replace, exchange, refund because she did not have a receipt. I guess we are supposed to hold onto the receipt forever. She ended up having to contact the manufacturer and they replaced it but I think it would do Target good to have better customer service. I spend so much money and time in Target if they ever do that to me they can just replay the security video and see me buying the item.

    Yes , Yes and YES!! Thinking of everything at once is too entirely overwhelming. Tackle one thing at a time if possible... Pros and Cons lists, etc. The best thing to do about decision making , etc. is just to make one. It will either be right for you or wrong for you but at least a decision is made and you won't be in that horrible hell of confusion. And if it's the wrong decision then a lesson has been learned and you can do something else. Of course, if I only followed my advice I wouldn't be so damn confused all the time.

    I love ghost stories, etc. Sci Fi channel has a new ghost hunting show on Wednesday nights. Needless to say I love this spooky time of the year.     My youngest daughter is blue eyed...though she has a brown speck in her right eye. She tells people.... "see the brown spot..that's a speck of my mama in my eye.."

    Well funny you should mention. I will be coming to visit very soon. He wants me to come this weekend but I may not be able to get away because of kid issues... but within the next few weeks for sure! I'm so excited.. I told him I want to go to the Oprah show.

    Hey....count out the 17th because he'll be with me.. My baby is an innocent , sweet angel who helps my kids with their science projects and plays badminton in the rain. He does nothing wild and crazy at all. I am also his schmoopsie..

    No human can declare anything to be "morally" wrong. Are you getting this from the Bible? Do you lust after women and do you have sex and are not married? This is too in fact, deemed "morally wrong" by the Bible, is it not? I really dislike when people pick and choose which parts of the Bible they are goingt to follow. Honestly, I can't believe why anyone would "choose" to be gay. Dealing with all of this hate must just be so much fun. You are either born gay or you are not. Of course, some people may experiment with the same sex for whatever reason and not be gay but that is not what we are talking about here. Obviously for those so set in their beliefs it will not make a difference and they will continue to spout hate. All I can do is raise my children to be loving and accepting of all people and to love them the way God made them--including those who are ignorant.

    Depending on what you want your body to do... No one workout is good for all people. We would change it up every few weeks or so depending on my goals and how my body was responding. Sometimes fewer sets, heavier weights, and sometimes many sets and lighter weights. Pilates and yoga are actually great. It helps with flexibility and also lengthens your muscles. You can get pretty strong depending on the type of yoga you do. It's also good for the soul. I find I get the best workouts using my own body weight actually.

    That was my first thought exactly. People who believe so strongly that gays can "recruit" probably feel tempted in the first place because they themselves may be gay or bisexual and are in denial. They usually get married, have kids, brag about women and use every opportunity to talk about how horrible homosexuality is in order to validate their own pseudo-hetero selves. Remember the neighbors Dad in "American Beauty.."

    hehehehe.. Rule #12 If your undies are showing and you do not have a belt the teacher has the right to duct tape yo ass.. I think the shirts should be tucked in and belted as well.. There was nothing more heavenly than when my kids wore uniforms in Catholic school. God, I miss that.
