part of the reason staying in packs helps is because the resolution on radar guns is really crappy.. (200m on some of the lower end models) and in many states the cops have been slapped enough to not pull over one car that the radar cant reasonablly tell from another. Chile I LOVE you guys..18 wheelers have radar cross sections nearly 10 times the size of your truck..this means being near you (even passing) is grounds for questioning the accuracy of the observer (radar) speedtrap.com used to be a great site, even used route planning..(put in your start and end points and a time frame and it would tell you about all the active (meaning someone had reported it) speed traps along that route.) yeah, they have some new product.. they compare skydiving with the old stuff..and lying on a beach with the new tropical product... the skydiving shots looked WAY more fun...if it wasnt bluescreened (it may have been, there was definatly some digital manipulation going on) the camera guy did some kick ass flying...from falling away to right in her face... the more i think about it the more i think it may have been faked.. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.

how is any accident ever caused purely by speed? speed may be a cotributing factor, but cause of any accident is usually 'inability to control ones vehicle' granted it may have been easier to control if it was going slower, but thats not quite the same thing.. ____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.
