The company I used to work for I used to deal with investors on the phone. Got a check one day made out to me with a note that simply stated "I trust you'll put this in the best place for me". The check was from an elderly investor for 1.7 million. Damn morals made me rip the check in half after a phone call to the investor.

It wasn't a 'traumatic' engine fire. Had a flameout, contained within the combustion chamber. Downside is it needs a new left motor now.

It's a 2 plate state. Plus it costs extra if you just get letters and no numbers on the plate. It's still cheaper than Colorado though. They wanted $454.00 for my tags before I left. The new plate was $94.00 for one without numbers and additional $13.00 (+ $78.00 renewal) per year to keep.

Spoke to B on Wedsday and was assured that the vendor has the order (they lost the order and she was calling for a status). They'll show up eventually. You'll get one, then you to can be cool like the Bytch.

was there a mistake in the measurements somewhere? Did you make a mistake on the order form? If so, the suit was built as requested. If Karen made an error I agree with you that she should fix it. Question is, where does the error lie?

in my travels, I've found that the smaller dzs are much more open to accepting someone new. The larger ones sometimes are full of cliques and no one of them will even give you the time of day if you approach. Now, if you know someone at the DZ and they introduce you, that totally removes all the stigma.

It does. Mine is about 3 years old and has been abused a ton. Still looks/feels the same. I'm in process of rebuilding the store on Ground-Rush.com and the T's will probably be made available. I need to find a local printer though. They're expensive to produce and having to pay shipping on top of that kinda sucks.

Was in Hawai'i last October just after the Ironman. Drove part of the course and it's pretty desolate in the lava fields...Definate good luck to him...

they can do something, but they don't. 900$ isn't as painful to lose as $20k so they prioritze the pain. there's more pain under 20k, but their caseload only allows them to deail with everything 20k +.
