6 weeks, broken leg. Yeah....I lay by the pool looking up at the sky and wondering if and when I'll go back. Man was never ment to walk, we were ment to fly. Red Bull and coffee here....some one help me out! I keep overthinking skydiving. I'm starting to freak myself out. This is the first real injury I have ever had and well....I'm worried I'll be too scared to go back come the spring. I have no problem with the free fall, but anything under 1k ft.....I don't know. that show's probably US-based.. to answer your question, no, probably not.. edited to add: you said you were married; if your wife requests you to shut off the lights, its probably NOT because she's shy as she claims.. Shucks you are right, it's a US based show. Well long story short they introduce people in the dark. They even put them on dates in the dark. And at the end of the show the two get to see each other and then decide if they wish to continue. It's very interesting in that the women come off as being more shallow than the guys. And yeah I'm married, 7 years now and over those 7 years I've worked hard to stay in shape. Not easy but better healthy than dead I guess? Well....peoples ideas of what Toned & athletic is very widely. Before the bum leg I use to go to Yoga class twice a week and the gym twice a week. At 5'9" I'm 185lbs I'm ok but I would never consider my self Toned & athletic. Well maybe athletic but not toned. I don't have a six pack, at best I have a two pack. I consider my self to be average, but maybe compared to some I may be above average and to others below. So I guess what I'm saying is, yes we do care what our potential mate looks like and we do have a good idea what he or she looks like but when we look at ourselves it's not very easy to determine where on the scale we reside. These guys are open late, I know I've come back at 4 am before. But then again my friends and I were all in one room. There are lockers in the basement where you can lock up your gear. And from the hostel to the tunnel? 30min by car or 30min by subway. We took the subway. There is a realy nice out door mall there so we had lunch. I can't think of any time I've heard it when it isn't derogatory. I have. When referring to the weather as a deity, i.e. "The sky gods blessed us with sunshine this weekend." I called up my mate last night, I told him that I'm sorry I couldn't help him and that I'm not going to give him any more adivce. I think and I'm not sure on this, but I think he's the kind of guy who's had every major life choice made for him in his life. Be it what to go to school for to who to date.
