NYC (by adoption),*** Are you kidding? I grew up on the other side of the GWB, It's another nice place to visit, but live there? Ickkies... I remember some of the summers that were just miserablly hot. Freezing my butt off in the winters and everything had this dirty hazy look to it. Don't get me wrong, New england is a beautiful place, but all in all, I've lived in better places, and worse. Nope, not for me thank you very much.... Oh, and Everyone smokes... it's GROSS ;) the ocean, SF bay Area GOT IT the sound, SF bay area GOT IT green and white mountains, SFBay Area GOT IT, and OUR mountains are Bigger and prettier :) the foliage, Got me there, I do miss the changing of seasons, the renewal of live after hibernation in the spring, the changing of colors in the fall, It is breathtaking. Here, it is the opposite. In the winter, it is rainiy season and the surrounding hills turn a lush green and stay that way til late April early May. Then they start to turn brown as the wild grasses dry up. SF also has... Fog, Think it sounds stupid or why would I bring it up? well, you'll never know until you sit in the Berkeley hills and watch the fog roll in over SF and thru the Golden Gate at sunset. Oh and while those New England season's may be nice, the 95 degree 100 humidity in the summer and the 20 degree -10 windchill factor is a definite turn off. Now take San Francisco and it's Micro climates. Rarely if ever gets below 40 in the dead of winter, and at the hotttest, it's maybe 105 with NO humidity. What do you consider EXACT? with decimal places? First 2 jumps were Tandem. It's a bit strange but I felt more nervous on the second than the first for some reason.
