I've had this happen to me once (one brake released) that put me into a spin. When looking at the toggles, both were up against the little ringstop and looked pretty normal. I grabbed both and only felt the right side pull away from the velcro. The point is, for me at least, when the brake popped, it didn't dangle lower like you would think. I think you might be wrong about the # of days it takes, I tried zyban (an antidepressant ) to try and quit (and failed).Prt of getting the prescription was a conference with a nurse who explained significant milestones when quitting. She also explained that the first three days I should drink lots of water because that helps flush the nicotine out but it would be completely out of my system after the third day. Thank you for sharing Jack, I wasn't there either but I have heard some of what happened, including some of the meaning behind segador. Being around for awhile,I also know of a lot of the background stories too so I can't say I didn't see some other events coming. I am also glad to hear that one in question was receptive to the subject of DECORUM. My fifth grade teacher taught his students the meaning of the word by making them rewrite a 5 page essay on that exact subject matter. It sounds as if the lesson was learned without the cramping in your hand afterwards. Then again, some things are best ingrained when pain is involved. You are absolutely right, Sangiro did leave the door open for Rob to prove that he can come back if he can be respectful of the rules and our community. I went cold turkey, and the one thing that really got me thru it was a)recognizing everytime I had the urge for one that it was part of being an "ex smoker" and B) being on a filed trip chaperoning 3 10 year old at the Exploratoium... the Nicotine withdrawal buzz was kinda fun ;) REpeat after me....
