Some people do believe affirmative action to be a form of reverse discrimination. It takes into account the persons personal demographics.... not just job capability. Now... the why's of affirmative action might (to some) justify that selection based on race or sex or other demographics.... but it is still a form of discrimination. you're saying it's 'reverse discrimination' - it seems to me that you are agreeing with me that affirmative action is not racist or sexist. stay away from moving propellers - they bite blue skies from thai sky adventures good solid response-provoking keyboarding
