    El Paso is the end of the road. You must be air defense. My brother was a Patriot Missile Battery Commander. I lived in EP with him for almost two years and it is a different place. Not really much to do, but you can drive a few hours and find yourself in the wilderness of NM, AZ and CO. I used to get out of school on Thursdays and drive to Gila(north of Silver City) for 4 days backcountry trips. Don't let the little things get to you....the way they drive, service at restaurants and general interaction with people........does not seem like much at first, but after 6 months, you will notice some odd things! One thing I can say is El Paso has good radio stations of all kinds and for some reason the local news is very well produced. And lots of really good history all over that area-if you are into it.

    If you're in a white collar professional setting, where perception counts for alot, it's never a good idea to let people know you jump. Nothing good every comes out of it.     25K a year with a cap of 500K is not enough for what this person suffered at the hands of over zealous and self righteous cops, investigators, prosecutors and judges who misled and lied to an ignorant group of people who thought they were legitimately disciplining a fellow citizen.     In 1971 my parents paid 178$ a month for a 4 bedroom house on a huge lot......2 years ago that house sold for almost 300K! This is in Houston where property is still affordable-but probably not for long though. I pay 595$ a month for a small and really neat townhouse.

    My neighbor used to go to Mexico and bring them back. She would get really messed up and walk around the common area all night in a house coat or pass out at the pool. She would be knocked out all weekend. Another neighbor of mine was drug'd and raped by another guy that lived in the same complex.......and he did wake up with a sore and bleeding ass!!!!!!!     I used to know a person who owned an adult site and he wrote a program that went out a got porn pics and videos from all over the net. He then sold memberships and made about 10K a month. After about a year, he did not even bother to sort them out. When he decided he should stop while he was in the black, he could not believe some of the images he had on his servers!     Looks like fun. At any time did the canoe ever try to 180 or 360 on you? I have known some Old Town canoes to very hard to control.....I have no idea what models.     I used to spend the summers on the farm. I milked lots of them and it is fun at times! After awhile I got to know the girls and some really liked it and looked forward to it! It feels good to them as it releases lots of pressure! I would also shoot the milk into the cats mouth.....In fact the cats would line up and I would shoot milk all over the them and they loved it! It was bad when the cows would fart though...that was very gross! I have no idea where you could find a cow to milk just for fun these days....maybe just drive around and ask farmers!     I personally know the trooper in the second citation you presented. I find it absolutely unbelieveable that he did as was alleged. But, if they've filed felony charges against him, there must be something. I hope his day in court proves him to be the man I know, and not the one the press has made him out to be. It's really sad how the press can ruin someone before they've even had a chance to defend themselves. Especially the Spokane paper - it seems to be an official policy with that paper that public officials are fair game. Oh, can anyone say Kapowsin? Vint You personally know this guy......That is just it, these people are just like everyone else, the may fudge a little at work and people just like you may refuse to believe it or whatever...........But felony charges against one of their own do not come often..........When these people fudge, good private citizens are left in the shit!     Glad to hear that I am not the only one who attracts bad cops. It has gotten so bad in the last 4 or 5 years that I now carry my mini-disk recorder almost everywhere I go. I may not be able to use the recording in court-due to some oddity of the law I am sure-but hopefully it will be on the news or something.     I know three crazy people very well. And if they stop their meds, they go completely insane. Now I can usually pick the people out who are on meds to regulate their personalities, and it really sucks when I have to work around them! But, have you ever thought about the people who self medicate with drugs and alcohol to control their perceptions of life? Lots more of these people than most realize!
