    I'll add to that there are time when one must simply tell the customer "the video didn't come out" and refund them.     It's not my fault! For several years I worked for skydiving companies that advertised in the magazine, meaning they got a first run copy at least a week before everyone else got one to their mailbox. The only problem was everyone at the company sneaking into each others office to swipe the copy. ---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously.

    I still find the video pulls are less than the standard I want to sell. The camera takes nice stills in photo mode, but it will only take three of those while in record mode. ---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously.
