those of you who agree that integrity is more important that money are right on target here and are the reason that I feel the need to share this point. At my DZ our riggers to not charge for reserve packs under the premise that there is no price tag on a life. There mentality is that if your reserve opens and it saves your life then it is priceless and they take pride in that fact. I would like to see more riggers like the ones at my local DZ, not because they are free but because they know that in skydiving the #1 element is safety. These people save lives in my eyes and the fact that I am jumping with a rig that they packed puts me at ease knowing that they are there for me everytime. Packing a chute so you can jump out of a plane>50.00 Having a reserve that openes and saves your life so you can go through it again>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Priceless Who ever said comming down from a high was bad obviously never tried this. Man I'm not at 1500 but if that is all it takes to get a beanie then sign i've got some post to make. I remember wanting one since I was about 7 and read calving and hobbed. I know this issue has been passe for a day now but I just wanted to let you know that the Magistr8 has dealt with the issue and I now have a bedroom for rent and the old roomate will no longer be a bother. Thanks again for your info on how to go about this it really helped bring closure to the matter. To celebrate I am going to spend to 20 dollars I save each month and put it towards the cause, just to show that this was not about the measly 20 dollars and becuase I help where it is needed. I would have to say that my " prettiest" skydive was my first. I was just opening my canopy as the race from gimili motor speedway got under way. Loving cars it was a beautiful site to see so many cars get under way. This was fueled by being able to see downtown winnipeg for the first time from so far away. I remember that I could distictly make out my highrise apartment. That was very cool. I now look for skydivers from my apt windows. I am first born and have a younger sister who is 17 this year november. I see my self as a pioneer and a explorer of the family undertaking things that others will not. I know my sister and younger cousins all look up to me so by showing them how much fun you can have by doing something you love is good for me since i will see the rewards in the future in the form of their success. You know what I found for me at least that cures procrastination. What ever I get in my head I write down right away. ( I have hundreds of ideas a minute) then I do them in order of priority. This seems like it will not work but if you are lazy like I was then the best cure is to see how good you do when you actually fiish things on time and right away. The pattern will develop and you will start to feel really good about it. Then you'll go to a boogie and get pissed drunk only to realize that no rewards measure up to lots of boobies and jumpng from da plane da plane and your back to square one. It is not about the money 20 dollars os nothing. I don't think anyone here would want someone to take advantage of them if there was something they could do about it. I don't care about the 20 dollars. I care about babysitting a 23 year old kid when I am only 20 years old my self. It's no wonder my friends tell me i'm 20 going on 30. Well I talked it over with the landlord today and things went well and not so well. If he signs the lease he is only in the apartment for 1 more month and then can cancel out of the lease due to a job transfer. If he doesn't sign the lease then he is removed from the apartment and the parents can if they decide to

Our lease states that the rent is 810. Yeah they don't care who pays it as long as the money shows up. His name and my name are on the lease. I am hoping to talk to the land lord to show her my case and explain to her that he is not paying his share. There was nothing written in writing stating that I was paying more than him it was just somethat that we understood to take place. Now you are correct in saying that he no longer lives there. It is imperitive that I win to prove to this clown that I will not be taken advantage of simply because he thinks he can do what he likes. P.S. Actually what I wanted to know from you guys if you do know is how I can make him pay for the part of the rent that he is not paying. I know he is supposed to pay it and there is a new lease signed but the cash isn't comming in ya know. If you have any advice good or bad let me know what you think. Now you see why I am mad. His dad pays for his rent and told him to move in here becuase he wouldn't have to pay I can't kick him out since the checks are comming in even if they are short the correct amount. I talked to him yesterday " If you don't want to make up the difference in rent that is fine, if you don't want to pay for groceries that is fine, cleaning, or laundry fine. But don't expect to use my computer, TV, DVD, or surround sound system" His reply "I need e-mail to run my business. Sangiro I am new to the website and have even submitted a suggested fix for an issue that you were on top of right away.
