NWFlyer, Thank you. Would you recommend the same for the B as well? As for the condo being under water. I bought it at $300k which was below the market value 4 years ago. But since then the market has fallen and well my condo complex started life as 50+ in the early 90's and as such a good number of the original residence are now quite older and have begun to expire. As such they families are unloading the deceased's home at below market value to be free of the liability. And thus when I appraise my accommodations it comes in at $190k due to the comps. And as of the last survey of the complex, I am the only single person with in my complex. There is a bipolar distribution with half the residence median age at 55+ and the others at 35. Of which the 35 year olds for the most part have a +1. It is what it is. I was just dealt a bad hand and I'm doing my best to play it as well as I can. And if I can wake up and not be hurting or have a way to wash away 10% of my stress due to improved diet and as I understand it supplements I will have that one moment to take a deep breath and to escape the cycle of fear and frustration. Again, NFFlyer, thank you Supplements are nice (and maybe necessary) but ideally they should be just that, supplements. You want to get as much as you can from the foods in your diet and fill in the gaps with supplements. Don’t forget the fresh air and sunshine, nothing better. .

No, just you. Pervert!

You are correct it isn't only academic. When you find yourself performing an emergency exit over a wooded area and the biggest opening is a little tight you might need to land with brakes (just one scenario). There are many people on this site that never had to do a Category F. Sounds like a good idea.

I think the OP's question has been answered by others. I was taking the view that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and trying to add a little more depth to the discussion as opposed to just "+1". It just seems people are quick to say “don’t put yourself in that situation” and now we can lock this thread. It wasn’t completely directed at you, I see it a lot on here and you happened to be the one I vented on. Like I said before, I think everyone recognizes it isn’t the ideal situation to be in so saying “don’t put yourself there” isn’t “adding more depth to the conversation” it is a given. If you find yourself facing the scenario the op layed out for us, having some ideas on how to handle it and a chance to practice them seems a lot better than wanting to turn back time and preventing it in the first place. Shit happens, now what can be done about it. I understand thread drift happens on here but sometimes it seems like people just want to ignore the original post to hear their own voice (like I am doing now).

What if they are just indifferent?

By definition, No. Atheism does not require faith. Atheism is not the intellectual presence of anything; it is simply an absence of any faith or belief in anything spiritual or supernatural. Nothing more. By defintion? Ok but I still dont agree Athiesm is the belief there is nothing there both require a certain level of faith to sustain the belief What if they aren't atheists? .

Skip a yoga class, find a nice place in the sun, put down a blanket and do your yoga outside. I am going to guess you are locked inside a sealed environment all day. All of our moms were right, go outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. It will make you feel better, if only for a few minutes.

Maybe, but those who do not believe are every bit as vociferous and stubborn as are those who do believe. That is shown to be true during every religious debate on this site! That is why I see, that not believing, is a religion too. So everybody who doesn’t believe has posted their views vociferously here? Or are you painting with a broad brush? I am saying those who argue as strong against are no different than those who argue strong for Regardless of whether someone argues or not however, I still see both sides being a religion of its own Both take faith Okay...

Moon produces its own light, some Christians believe...
david3 replied to JerseyShawn's topic in Speakers Corner
Well it is a good thing the State Board of Education in Texas has such a large influence on the textbooks children use in the rest of the country. Soon we will all believe the moon produces its own light. -
I thought Pieings happen after 1000 jumps? +1

Why? Can't you just count on the down and out grasping for a new addiction or the lonely wanting to belong to something? Maybe all the born again convicts could keep it alive. Why must you pick on the children?

Nice work shah.

I think everyone recognizes it isn’t the ideal situation to be in. The OP didn’t ask “How can I avoid finding myself in this situation in the future”. He asked about handling the situation once one finds themselves there. Any thoughts on that? +1 @ faulknerwn

I saw him in 1988 - far enough post-rehab that it was a great performance. Touring with Mark Knopfler, who's no slacker himself. Speaking of rehab concerts - I managed to catch Stone Temple Pilots in 1996 just before Scott Weiland got so unreliable that they couldn't ever finish a tour. Really enjoyed that performance. Got burned by Oasis's sibling meltdown that same year, though - drove 3 hours from Durham to Charlotte only to find out the show had been canceled... apparently because the boys were fighting. Saw Clapton with Roger Waters on the The Pros and Cons of Hitch Hiking tour. I think Roger is brilliant and you add Clapton to the mix in a 3000 seat theater and it was a damn good show. .

Some of the best I've ever seen also. They rock the place. Saw them recently (2 years ago?) with Shaun Murphy and walked out. It was just bad. I know she isn’t with the band any more. I’ll have to give them a try again.

When did the UPS uniform get so formal? I didn't choose the color of the groomsmen's tuxedos. The bride chose the colors and I had to wear it. I still rocked the hell of that tux. Obviously
