How long before you knew what gear you liked?
david3 replied to pyrotech's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
You have made a wise decision. Everybody else is afraid to say it but static line is really the only way to go. The above is not intended to be a factual statement. -
I don't see a camera step, that has to be kinda sucky? In this photo from their site it appears to be an available item. http://www.questaircraft.com/kodiak/gallery/photos/?detail=6

Ah yes...back to the anal probe again. In all seriousness, he provided more than was required and it hasn’t put the issue to rest so why would you be upset that it took so long.
-
I'm just upset that it took so long. I couldn't even get a driver's license without getting an anal probe and supplying a semen sample. I need to make sure I have the two other forms of identification next time! Have you ever watched C-Span? Why? He had already provided what was required. Why should he have to provide more than what was required? .

don't you think the bottom feeders might just pick them apart as they walk across the bottom? Or the water might just wrinkle them apart? Not so fast. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4g8fCxyAVHs&feature=related

What good is all that concrete when there's a giant roll up door that a small car could probably bash in? Zombies drive?

It would not be financially viable. I would loose $1500 per month due the average cost of rent vs cost of mortgage. I would rather not go into the financials for i have spent a good deal of time with financial and legal experts over the past weak regarding the issue and I have spent many sleepless nights with a financial calculator and pondering various options which none work out. Thus this is a the equivalent of doing time. And I hope that these suggested supplements just take the edge off. You’re young, you’re healthy and you’ve got all those old ladies around. Why not supplement your income by being their escort? Can you dance? This too shall pass shah. Hang in there. .

What RonD1120 is describing is pluralism/universalism. That is not what Jesus taught (John 14:6). I would say that Gandi was a very intelligent and "self" righteous man. That does not mean that he didn't do a lot of good (from our perspective). The problem is, unless Gandi appropriated the substitutionary sacrifice that Jesus made on behalf of "His" people through repentance and faith in Him, then his sins were not forgiven. He would have to give an account for them himself when he died. That's what I mean by self-righteous. It's not true righteousness which can only come God because only God is good. The issue is one of righteousness. Not whether or not he did a lot of good while he was here. I find it ironic how self-righteous you come across in your posts. –adjective confident of one's own righteousness, especially when smugly moralistic and intolerant of the opinions and behavior of others.

Hopefully being spit on is the worst thing she will experience.

I think dz foul weather / after hours entertainment may have injured more skydivers than skydiving has.

That is not it So states our resident expert in 1960's Hawaiian State Department of Health documentation When have you ever seen that document before? Lawrocket: You can hope all you want, but you know as well as I do that this will never end. Once Pandora's box is opened there is no proof anyone can provide that will close it. Yes, this one has been out there for a couple of years You mean you had this and didn't let the rest of us see it?
-
Not bloody likely.

So what you are really upset about is that they should have published the bulletins sooner. I agree they should have. I disagree that just because they were late with the bulletins they shouldn’t be allowed to publish them at all.

I seriously doubt it. They said "a good lawyer". -
Ye have little faith.

Mmm, Kitty butt. How often do you have to water that? Looks good. I planted pumpkins. My girlfriend has planted a grocery store full of things. I’ll have to get a list.

I would put objections to gay marriage into that box. Wendy P. Well I object to it but it has nothing to do with religion Common sense and nature are all the arguments needed (please remember, I have no problem with them being seeing as legally joined but that is another thread) But this isn't about your objections. I simply pointed out that her example has more to it than just religious objections So, what exactly is your point? You asked Champu “What are some consequencies of some one's faith on others?” [sic]. He replied about laws being “rooted in religious scripture”. So your objections don’t come into play, only the objections of those that passed those laws.

Not many. Now if only they were all as delusional as I am your example of the “guy with a beer gut saying "damn -- I'm looking pretty good".

And by someone you mean marketing/advertising?

Speak for yourself please.

Don't knock this either. Good for the soul. Not so good for your arrest record.
