My take is that an individual who wants to stuff ballot boxes by walking into polling places and fraudulently marking ballots could possibly falsify two or three votes -- thereby achieving exactly nothing. If someone was truly ambitious they'd start an electronic voting machine company and get a near-monopoly contract for the nation. That's going to be a lot more effective. Read the washington post article I POSTED . I read it. It makes the guy look like he bought a house then bought part of his neighbor's land.
