    I do the knot over the packing paddle and rotate it a few times, but its a pain in the ass with the paddle being long... not sure if the hook would feel better. I'll think about the wooden dowel idea, but do you wrap it at all, or just put the hoop from the knot over it and pull it tight? My issue would be that it would want to unwrap itself and since it's round, it will just kind of rotate.     Shoe laces work great as pull up cords... I'd suggest a bic for the smoke on the hike back though... It was suggested after an off landing recently (the whole otter load) that the DZ prepare a door bundle, containing beer, steak, matches, and smokes... If you're going to land off, minas well make a BBQ out of it.     Any of you guys using these or have used them? Mike G swears by it, and it would probably be nicer than wrapping the pullup cord around a packing paddle and trying to hold it on there while you pull it up. Just looking for some real world 'yay' or 'nay' Thanks guys!     I was just looking for someone who could help get me started, I haven't written a program on an apple product since my Apple IIe. Whats the process for developing the apps? I know you can code them, but can you test them on the simulator before you have to buy that license? Once you do buy the license and provision your phone for testing, do you have to keep the license valid (not let it expire)?     That's WHY you can adjust it. Just make sure its on 0 before you get on the plane every time. As for the adjustment being stiff, the ones you were using as a student probably were a little more 'experienced' than your newly restored one.     I managed to spin up and completely lose my AFF-I on one of my level 4's. He ended up having to get under me, steal my air and tackle me when I landed on him. He wouldn't give up, put my ass on the next load, and I passed. If you start spinning, smile, relax, wiggle your toes. You'll probably notice a foot is in a different position than the other one, causing a spin. The smile will help calm you down, and the relaxing will help your arch. I was in the tunnel friday, got a little stressed out, from screwing up a few times, a smile and an arch, and I was back on the ball.     I'll +1 everything said, Z-hills is a great dz, and since you're only half an hour away (I live out in Brandon myself) its defiantly a great place to go. The farm is pretty awesome too, but you live 30 mins from z-hills, why go all the way to GA?? Don't get me wrong, I still go to the Farm if I get the chance, and have plenty of friends there, but its a lot further drive! The organizers at z-hills are all over the place, anywhere from 1-3 RW organizers working on the weekends, once you get your A, come join us and we'll get you in some fun jumps!
