Speaks in animated sound bites that can be either taken seriously by some or if determined to be incorrect or too extreme, can be dismissed as satire or taken out of context. Running for the GOP nomination for President. edited to add: I was going to use the label that is often used to describe him which is "pizza tycoon" but didn't. I guess that makes me "racist".....or not. I'm so confused. Thank you, for that! Don't feel alone... I'm pretty confused too. You're right. You have to be so damned careful these days.     was hobbling into a DIY chain warehouse here with friend who said " think will get you on one of those " pointing at these bloody electric buggies with baskets. Afraid i got a bit vocal and told my friend where i would shove said buggy if he had any more smart comments to which the girl behind the counter there burst out laughing , gave her e a little wink Seems like, all the operators of said carts can do is just block the aisles and give you a dirty look when you say; 'Excuxe me!' and try to squeeze through.     I'm so glad that this case was dismissed. Maybe I'm in the minority, but while at work I assume that I am on video. Then again, I video literally every contact I have with a member of the public. If I'm away from my motorcycle or patrol car, I run a digital audio recorder I wear on my belt. It protects me, it protects the public and it prevents misinformation from poisoning our public relations. Not too long before my wife retired as a DA's investigator, she was helping local authorities work a case on a kid who lived across the street from us. My wife and I started photographing and videoing every vehicle and visitor to that kid's house. 99% of them were gang-bangers. I guess, word got out and the number of visitors diminished. In the end, the photos did help to get the kid (19yrs. old) 5yrs. hard-time along with several of the 'visitors' in the pictures. Several others got probation. I'd stand in the front yard and take video. Chuck

    It's not gay lumberjacks the name of the campground is 'Lumberjack'. What you posted makes it sound like a place for gay lumberjacks. Not that gay lumberjacks shouldn't have a campground but the one you refer to is for gays who are not necessarily lumberjacks. Though gay lumberjacks are not excluded. Just trying to clarify.

    It's not that women are 'banned' from several events, it all goes back to the history of rodeo. Men worked the cattle, broke horses, roped steers and calves. Cowboys got to talking amongst themselves and bragged about how good they were at what they did. Ranches competed against each other to see which ranch had the best hands. Someone along the way, decided there was money in it. Along came 'rodeo' and tickets were sold to the public. To involve women, barrel racing became an event and is a big part of modern rodeo. The reason women don't enter rough-stock events is just a matter of history... men do that! Today's PRCA rodeo is just a matter of hanging-on to a bit of our Western history. It's by no means a matter of discrimination or any of that. Chuck Chuck
