Check it. First intentional water landing. The jumper in question has a D license. Is it a big surprise the newspaper doesn't know how to word it correctly? All the jumpers information, including USPA number and license number had to be turned in before the jump could even take place. ? So he has had some un-intentional water landings before this?

Check it - Did a wingsuit jump with a belly mount camera.. I had the camera fully extended to try and capture footage when I did I canopy swoop this weekend.. so basically the angle totally sucked (you can't see me anywhere in the frame) but i thought it was interesting to see the contraption on a wingsuit. Pain in the ass to put on, only jumped it once (with a wingsuit). Video isn't that great, perhaps if I was flying relative to someone and put the mount down so that i'm in the frame as well (to give some perspective) it would look better. here

Congrats! I have to take accounting over again this fall, found out had I got 3 points higher (and not had to take it over) i would have been able graduate this december.. now it will be next may. Ugh! Accounting sucks, and so did the teacher.

You are trained to shoot for body mass, not a leg. Unless you've been in a position where you've had to pull a gun on someone i think it is hard to say "shoot him in the leg" it isn't that easy, it isn't the movies.

Okay well I was a reserve for a brief stint and I believe it was there that the advisory about these cell phone guns was put out. So in a low light situation when someone holds something like a gun and points it at you then even if you don't realize it is a cell phone there is PC (probable cause) to be concerned. And even if you did realize it was a cell phone there is still PC as cell phone guns DO exist. I agree that he was shot in the back and that doesn't seem right, local PD I don't think has the "okay" to shoot someone like that (fed authorities on the other hand are under a different ruleset.. don't do that to an FBI agent) I don't think it is so black and white.. I do think 8 times is excessive and the fact he shot while the guy was walking away seems questionable.

click here -- Warning! this is a graphic video showing 3 officers attempting to stop a guy in louisana who once he finally gets cornered in pulls out a cell phone and holds it like a gun.. he ends up getting shot 8 times. I believe he lives but now everyone down there is playing the race card.... What do you think?
