I figured I would help get the ball rolling.

All gods including the christian "God" are man made. They were made to explain the unknown. Most people can not handle living with out having some way to explain the unknown. Whether it be what happens after death or where we came from they need to have some sort of explaination. God fulfills that need. Gods are man made. Religions were created by men to exploit peoples need to for a god or gods.

I think Skydive San Diego does. Not sure about that.

Bill Cole, I really think you are nuts and are totally delusional. But to each his own.

Never rely on a company to look out for your future. You need to look out for your own future. Companies look out for themselves and no one else. Employees are all expendable. It's too bad that he will lose his pension.

Don't feel bad I have never heard of that term before either. Cool suit

yeah I know. but things change life moves on. It was and still is a good idea. But I think this will serve to increase the overall skill of all involved. I am currently not skilled enough to participate, but I am working towards it.

That is soooo cool. I personally think that freeflying really needs this structure. It gives people easily measurable goals to achieve. I love it.

Exactly what I was going to say. NO and LA officials are very corrupt and now it is showing. They are pointing fingers in every direction but themselves. -

I think most of the blame in this case resides with the City of New Orleans and Louisiana State Gov. -

Should I believe everything that everyone says about the President with or without proof?? -

you are assuming too much. I never said I believed everything in the article. I do think that if what is in the article is wrong then someone will speak up and present information that proves him wrong. I don't know where to find that info and also don't have the time to search for it myself right now. I also think that the President of the US does not have as much power as some people seem to think. He isn't responsible for as much shit as he is blamed for. That goes for any of the US Presidents. -

I have no idea who he is or what his agenda is. I just don't subscribe to the "it's all GWB's fault" and was interested to see what their comments are on this article. If what he says is false then I would like to see them proved wrong. -

A Hurricane Exposes the Man-Made Disaster of the Welfare State

I also think Mr. Tracinski has hit the nail on head. This whole problem has nothing to do with race and everything to do with lazy people not willing to get off their asses and do some thing with their lives. -
You would be surprised.
-
Why not it's been entertaining so far?
-
They were mostly welfare dependent people. People too lazy to get out and get a job, or get an education. Lazy people.

If you don't have the cash for a coach you can always go up to one of the better trackers and ask them for pointers. Most people are more then willing to volunteer tips. Billvon has already stated the tips that I heard, Roll your shoulders, dearch a little to cup air. One friend of mine that is a really good tracker said to help roll your shoulders rotate your palms so they are facing behind you.

How did u pay for ur rig?
beowulf replied to FrEaK_aCcIdEnT's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Saved money and paid cash. I don't like owing anyone money. -
Its a lefty!

I think that the best way to learn tracking is to do tracking dives lead by someone who is a really good at tracking. You will find out quickly just how good you are at tracking. On my first tracking dive I ended up going low and was unable to keep up. Basically I sucked at tracking. I have probably done 50 or 60 tracking jumps and can now keep up with just about anyone. My lowest vertical speed during a track with out a birdman suit is around 89 mph.(not sure exactly what my lowest vertical speed was, I am at work and don't have Paralog in front of me)

If guns were so dangerous as CBS would have us believe, then why haven't mine killed me yet?
