That has more to do with the FAA then the USPA. It's really diffucult to get the FAA to make the change. The FAA regulates how often reserves are repacked not the USPA.

Hell I made $40 that first day playing poker! I think I agree with you Tom. The social aspect is what will get the most people out to the dropzone.

I prefer the 2K Composites FF2 camera helmet. Very clean and as snag free design. They are expensive and take awhile to get, but worth time and money in my opinion. If you can find Sony PC1000 on EBay, it is very nice camera.

I am not trying to be an asshole. It's just hard to not say something when you see someone walking down a path that leads to bad things. I know you think you can handle anything. You probably are a fast learner. It only takes one mistake to fuck up the rest of your life. If you are not making mistakes then you are not learning anything. It's better to make mistakes on a more forgiving canopy.

We can disagree on the non-essentials, however, we must (and I think we do) agree on the essentials. Those issues with regard to salvation (e.g. salvation (free gift from God) by grace through faith alone in Jesus Christ, the requirement of repentance and trust in the Savior (walking the narrow road through the Holy Spirit which resides within you if you are truly saved). Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, who died on the cross, rose 3 days later, defeating death, for the forgiveness of the sin of mankind. The requirement of being born again of the spirit, etc. All of this is backed up with scripture. You should read it for yourself with an open heart. Your eternal destiny is worth looking into. I have read the Bible more then once. I wasn't convinced.

There are so many different views on the Bible that it loses credibility. Your interpretation is vastly different then say Chuteless. Yet you are trying to convince me that your interpretation is correct and I am going to suffer for my disbelieving in your God. If I were to suddenly drop all my current beliefs and turn to life religiousness which would I choose? From where I stand it all looks like a sea of insanity. I don't see any credibility in any of it. The bible is just an old book.

Of course, you wouldn't. Neither would I. The eyes are merely the windows to your soul. How much more is your soul worth? What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and to lose his soul? Still based on an assumption that you are correct and everyone else is wrong.

If you've not read it, how can you or anyone else here who hasn't read it make definitive statements about any truth that may or may not be within it. I don't remember making any statments as to the Koran's truthfulness. Maybe you could refresh my memory?

You don't go to hell because you've never heard of Jesus Christ or the gospel. You go to hell because you've lied, stolen, blasphemed, committed adultery, murdered, coveted, etc. No one is innocent. You didn't answer my question before... "What has any figure written about in the Koran done which would convince me or anyone else to believe?" I don't know I have never read the Koran. I could ask the same question about the Bible. Just because it was written in the Bible doesn't mean it's true.

It's the best preserved and reliable text in antiquity. It has been scrutinized for thousands of years by the best. Does the President reside in the White House? How do you know? Would it be reasonable to walk up to it and look in the window to see if he was there? That isn't a very convincing argument for it's divine authoring.

If it was possible to remove one of your eyes without any pain whatsoever, would you do it for $1000,000? Again, I am not condemning you. Just warning you. The Bible says that you are condemned already if you do not repent and trust in the Savior. My motive is sincere. I don't want your money. I don't want to turn you on to a particular brand of religion. I'll probably never see you in person for the rest of my life. I just can't stand the thought of anyone going to hell. By the way, I don't assume. No I wouldn't remove either with or with out pain for any amount of money. Money isn't worth that much to me. Just because you believe it to be true doesn't make it true.

What has any figure written about in the Koran done which would convince me or anyone else to believe? If you were born to Muslim parents you would be singing a different song.

Jesus Christ proved who He was. He also said He is the only way. No one comes to the Father but through Him. He left no room for ambiguity. Really?! you were there and can vouch for the authenticity of his divinity??! Damn you been around a long time!

You may be a descent person by your standards or the standards of your peers, but you are a lawbreaker in light of God's holy standard (the only one that should matter). So, you're really not a descent person because you're a liar like the rest of us (that's only the 6th Commandment), right? Jesus said that if you've ever just been angry with another person without cause (e.g. road rage), you are a murderer at heart. God knows your heart. Thoughts and intentions are as bad as the action. If you were to die right now in your sinful state, the Bible makes it clear that you would be judged in righteousness and sent to hell (described earlier) for eternity. Does that not concern you? No I am not concerned since it is all make believe. There is no God or any other gods out there. You can condemn me to hell if you want. That's your problem. Why do you assume you are correct?

Let's say the next time you went skydiving, you jumped out of the plane without your parachute because you didn't believe in the law of gravity. The fact that you don't believe in it will not keep you from becoming a dirt dart. Whether you believe in it or not, you are currently under the weight of God's moral Law and it is that Law by which you will be judged. Something deep in your conscience should testify to that whether you admit it here or not. Surely, you have a will to live. Your whole premise is based one major assumption. That you are right and everyone else is wrong. You assume that the bible is actually divinely written and that you are interpreting it correctly. Outside of the bible there is nothing to support any of this.

If you were guilty of rape and murder and standing in front of a judge in a courtroom, should that judge punish you for what you had done? Should he send you to jail? Depends on my how much I paid my lawyer! Ok I will play your game. I think I am a pretty decent person I don't kick puppies very often. But maybe I should go to hell. How is that? I am guilty of "killin women and children. Damn near every thing crawled or walked at one time." Is that the answer you are looking for? I really don't know what point you are trying to get at.

I accept my mortality. I am just trying to live life that best way I know how. I can't believe in something as ridiculous as God or any gods. It just doesn't make any sense to me. So you can talk all you want about heaven or hell. It doesn't make any difference how you judge me.
