I started writing a longer response but the first thing I wrote sums my opinion up pretty well... Basic social responsibility my ass. This is an any reason map. The one I was focused on was the lack of vaccinations for "personal belief." Those are the ones I thought told the story. If people truly believe that, then they should be arguing for the countries to take direct action against OPEC countries for unfair trade practices. Call me skeptical when the response is to rationalize increased taxation against the public.
