Hey ladies!! Thank you sooo much for helping us out here. This is one of those dives that gets talked about for a long time. I am really jealous though, my brother and I brought this Patch "back to life" if you will back in 2001 during the JSM (Jerry Schrimsher Memorial Boogie). This event was the "birth" of SkyFest. Maybe someday I will get my Pink Patch, yes thats right I dont have one yet. I have to tell you the video I saw from the ride to altitude looked like a lot of fun. At about the 5 minute call the ladies would have the winner crawl from the front of the plane across everyones lap, spanking the winners ass as they made their way down to the tail. It didnt matter if the winner was male or female their ass was slapped. Great video. Again, many thanks to all for making this happen! Now lets get the record and bring it back to Houston, all we need is a 29 way and you will be the new Women's TeXXas State record holders!! See you all soon

We appreciate that, but we cant take all the credit. Art Sherry from the Skydive Store has busted his tail as well as the manufacturers assisting us with this challenge. We feel the bottom line is the customer and our service and not to mention whats good for the sport. This is the main factors that has driven all of us to make this happen.

Icarus will not be at the WFFC nor will we have their products. They will be at Summerfest with products and you can check them out there. I tried bigway, but they already have their demos promised to other events. Hope to see you soon J

SkyFest Updates We lost the stearman But we have confirmed the Pitts! We have made arrangements for the Stearman to be at SD Aggieland for their AOT boogie, so you can jump it there. The Pitts will run $110.00 this includes an aerobatic ride as well as the jump. we are working on getting a separate price for a "no" ride jump. we will let you know. We have one more challenge that we need your help on. The balloon pilot has had to cancel. we have been trying to find more balloons, does anyone have any leads for a jumpable balloon? we have nearly exhausted our sources. As you know we do not advertise events or AC without prior confirmation. Unfortunately these challenges were out of our control

Ok here is the final answer. We will put the SkyFest Logo on the front at mid chest, with the DZ.com logo at right chest. There will be a 2x6 white space over the left chest which will be available to write your name on with a permanent marker. If you want the iron on PM Thantos340 for details, we believe you can iron it on over the 2x6"s white block. you will not be able to iron on the white block, it will melt. But you can still put it on the sleeve if you want the iron on. Again pm Thantos340 for your order. We have about 20 on order so we will go ahead and order the minimum of 50 and and mix the remaining sizes. If you get the orders in by this Thursday we will get your proper size, otherwise it will be what we have. We will order a mix of Med, Large and XL. SkyFest (J Schrimsher & Jaime Clapp) and The Skydive Store (Art Sherry) have made arrangements with certain manufacturers to get their products and demo gear to the WFFC. We have worked hard to make this happen. We’ve put this together in a short amount of time and are trying to get as many products as possible. The Skydive Store has been on tour this season in the Northeastern US. The Skydive Store is based in New York and owned by Art Sherry. Skydive Store has been traveling with Performance Designs and Precision Canopies as well as the Containers from Sunpath, Relative Workshop, Mirage, Strong, Velocity Sports, Wings and other items such as the new Para Telemetry Main Parachute Locator and more. SkyFest and The Skydive Store, will be at WFFC with demo gear from Sun Path, Performance Designs, Percision Canopies and The Relative Workshop. These manufacturers have assisted us in being able to provide demo equipment from each one. There will be over a dozen Javelin Odyssey containers filled with a range of Spectres and Sabre 2s. We’ll also have many Relative Workshop Vector containers with PD canopies in them as well. There will be Sky Hook demos throughout the convention. We’ll have a large amount of PD canopies to demo, as well as new canopies to be purchased on the spot. The full line of Percision Canopies will be available for demo too. Again, come by the SkyFest/Skydive Store tent, in the new vendor market on the corner of Front Street and Drop Zone Row. We’re working on putting together some seminars so stop by the tent regularly to check out the schedules. SkyFest is taking the TeXXas 20-way Pink Patch to Rantoul. We will be raffling off the 20th slot. The winner can be man or woman. Come by and take this opportunity to get your pink patch and jump with 19 women. There are only a few men in the world who have their pink patch. So guys, you’re invited to be one of a few. Proceeds from the pink patch raffle sales will go towards the JSF (Jerry Schrimsher Skydiving Scholarship Fund). While some of the manufacturers may not be there, some of the demo gear will be. Sounds like you need to add another boogie to your schedule I dont know what LP is doing.

J.. I have done some that lasted forever on T-Shirts that I wore alot.. Others lasted about 10 washes and started to Peel and fade a little. I will look into the higher quality transfers. The key is to keep them Small.. When I have done small ones they lasy MUCH longer than big ones. This is one reason I suggest makeing it an option. People that want them can get them, People that dont can still get a T-Shirt. Ok that is sounding good. But now I have another logo that might be added, so call me lets talk about placement. But making it an option creates the challenge of which ones have the "write" in space and which ones have a "blank" space. I dont have the time to get that detailed and neither does my printer. Not trying to "shut" this down, just trying to make it quick and easy. lets chat. J

One jumper did this at the Memorial Day boogie at Perris one year. Damn nice of them.... So I assume they lasted? I just want to make sure that they last, cant have anyone upset with me. Sounds nice though

We have come up with idea that might help DZ.commers recognize each other during events. We would like to put the SkyFest Logo on the front at mid chest, with the DZ.com logo at right chest. Here is our problem, SkyFest is a fund raiser so taking the "risk" of spending the money for 50 to 100 shirts could eat up a bit of scholarship money, without a guaranteed return. Of course there is a price difference between ordering 50 vrs. 100. We would pass the break onto the jumper. The shirt would run no more than $ 7.00 If you are interested PM me and I will see how many we get confirmed and see if we can do this. We feel we need atleast 50 to place the order. Please include a size with your PM. We cannot gaurantee the sizing for everyone we may end up just mixing the order between Med, Large and XL. we will do the best we can. And of course you could wear this shirt to any other event where there might be some DZ.commers Edited to add: Yes Sangiro and I have agreed to the use of both of our logo's We would need the orders in by June 30th so we can have time to get them to Houston.
