I know your not thinking right after something like this, but I found it disturbing the amount of people evacuating the plane with their carry-on. Looking at where the plane impacted perhaps it was target fixation.

While I agree that most people don't *fully* follow Christ, as His teachings are very demanding when you look at all of them, this little bit is nowhere near accurate and is just a lib feel good fest. Saying I came from a poor family would not excuse you from caring for another or doing God's work. "never asked a leper for a copay" True, but then again, why would He? That would be like saying, "Never asked a to pay automobile tax" "never fought for tax cuts for the wealthiest Nazarenes" True, but He didn't get mired into politics of the day. "Middle Eastern outrageously liberal reformer Jew" Its funnny when libs try and say this. His teachings are anything but what current US liberals teach. The funny thing about the bible is that I can quote to you chapter and verse to contradict everything you claim above, then you can do the same to me. The Bible, if nothing else is a book of complete contradictions. You quote Jesus as saying he did not come to abolish the law and then Jesus violates the law by forgiving the adulteress and not allowing others to stone her. Also, the funny thing about John 8:7, one of the most famous Biblical passages, No manuscript before the fourth century contains the passage, who the hell who knows who wrote it.

I don't know if they are just messing with me or what. I would like to send them what I owe but it just may open a can of worms. My score went up 28 points.

So I'm thinking about buying a house in North Dakota and I pull my credit report and Find a delinquent debt for $250, it's to a collection agency for some ER visit 3 years ago. I did a little research online and then called and offered to pay the debt, they said if I payed right now, they would take off 20% and remove it from my report. When I asked if they could first fax me this deal in writing they said under no circumstance would they do that and I should just trust them. From what I read, they could take the $200 and then still come after the $50 and still never remove it from my report. Any suggestions?

That's why I think getting involved in Syria is a Major mistake. The west see's Syria as an "Arab Spring" uprising, and it may have well started as a popular uprising against a tyrant. It has now settled into a sectarian war, just like is happening now in Iraq. the difference in Syria is the Sunni Majority is looking to get payback on the minority Shia, and now some want us to back the Sunni side, the opposite of who we backed in Iraq. The west will never understand the deep seated hatred and mistrust between the Shia and Sunni.

There may be more Jihadist on the warpath, but they are primarily at war with each other. I'ts a little egotistical to think that every radical Muslim in the world is out to get you, the fact of the matter is that for every western killed by a Muslim, 1000 Muslims were killed by another Muslim.
