  1. The most impressive aspect of that video was that there were two A licenses and not a single camera.
  2. Most likely no one will ever know the full details about the prisoner swap. I wouldn't be surprised if it involved many different aspects of the draw down of troops over the next 2 years. Not wanting to leave anyone behind, despite how they ened up being captured, is an important part of putting this war to an end. WTBS, I'm sure Obama knew the full details of his capture, and this is where OBama's going to have problems. If a 100% bona fide POW was released, he'd be able to ride out the heat about the 5 Taliban being released. With the dad, wearing a zealot beard, speaking Pashtun in the WH to his son, and Obama moon walking in the background, I got a bad feeling about this one. Obama should have delayed the WH celebration until all the facts come out. This could really fuck the Dems in 2016 and 2018
  3. There were 7 different US Attorneyies Generals (3 appointed and 4 acting) during the last administration. FIFY! Thanks, I'm not sure what happened. I loved high school when I was younger, those were the best six years of my life.
  4. Just out of idol curiosity, what would a monthly rental cost?
  5. I've seen a lot less attractive girls, and they haven't even had their head struck by a moving prop.
  6. What would St Ronald do... oh yes.. negotiate with terrorists.. {psst} look up Iran Contra Next fallacy Didn't we negotiate with, and then pay off a bunch of Iraqi Sunni tribal leaders, who had killed Hundreds of American troops and also had kidnapped and killed american civilian contractors, to stop killing Americans and go after the Shia? I can't seem to recall the outrage.
  7. An older nun while flying cross-country is working on a crossword puzzle, she finds herself stuck and ask the lady seated next to her: "Would you happen to know a four letter word describing a certain type of women that ends in unt?" The lady thinks for a second and then responds: "Yes I do, that would be aunt" To which the nun replies: "Damn!!! can I borrow your eraser"
  8. If he in fact turns out to be more or less responsible for his own capture, the President would have known about this before negotiating any swap. If he was captured under less than honorable conditions, this was a horrible swap. Obama having his parents celebrating at at the WH, while the families of those who were killed searching for him were at home, watching this on tv, this must have been a huge insult. If he was truly a POW, I have no problem with the swap, the Israelis swap hundreds, sometimes thousands of detainees for a single Israeli solider. Isn't it the GOP that's always telling us be more like Israel when it comes to fighting terrorism?
  9. It's sad, the day is fast approaching when the last WW2 Veteran will be gone.
  10. It's a great video, but he seriously sounds like he's on Thorazine.
  11. True. However, I think in a lot of cases the plaintiff's attorney in a civil case would actually have a strong DISincentive to try to pressure a prosecutor to file criminal charges. The reason is that if criminal charges are filed, the defendant may well switch their priorities and their financial resources to defending the greater legal risk: the criminal case. This could leave the defendant unable to pay a civil settlement so the plaintiff's civil attorney won't get paid. Never a happy outcome for any attorney. I'm sure one of the lawyers here will correct me if I'm wrong. I think the main reason plaintiffs lawyer would prefer a conviction in a criminal court before proeeding to a civil case, the criminal conviction can be used in a civil suit. However, if the defendant pleads "no contest" instead of "not guilty" in the criminal case, the conviction can't be used in a civil trial.
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqU8jYpkKuM It sounds like a great insulin delivery system to me. Others will say it's just big pharma reaping billions of dollars on a drug that is primarily used by people who lifestyles have directly contributed to their disease.

  14. Have you bothered to look at the cabinet turnover of any previous administrations? You seriously can't do better than this? Sure I can. I thought I'd stoop to the liberal level for a while. Well while you are doing that.... Compare and Contrast.... the amount of Administration officials in this Administration that have been convicted and gone to jail.... TO The amount of King George II Administration officials convicted and sent to jail... The amount of Clinton Administration officials convicted and sent to jail... The amount of Bush the First Administration officials convicted and sent to jail... The amount of Reagan Administration officials convicted and sent to jail... The amount of Carter Administration officials convicted and sent to jail... The amount of Ford Administration officials convicted and sent to jail... The amount of Nixon Administration officials convicted and sent to jail... That sounds like an exercise for you to do on your own time. Who was the OP of this thread??? .. or are you saying you do not really care... and do not have the historical background of who comes and goes from administrations and its just another of the you and your fellow travelers usual slam on the black guy... Where in the OP did you read this thread was about previous presidents? Any claim needs to always be taken in historical cortex. Just for fun, take a guess who the longest serving WH press secretary has been in the last 20 years?
  15. Everyone I know on the Right are very happy about Bowe coming home, regardless of the means to get him there. I believe you are a good person. I just wish you understood more about life, liberty and the American way made manifest by the blessings of God. While I'm sure the GOP is "Happy" on his return, it's already being turned political by the right. I turned to fox minute after his release was announced, and they already had their talking points about what a terrible swap this was. Some are also accusing him of being behind his own capture. Disgusting they would result to using our POW's as political fodder. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-05-31/bowe-bergdahl-last-u-s-prisoner-of-afghanistan-war-released.html
  16. Seems nobody really cares for your pathetic eristical bullshit. Nice try though...lol No music video to speak what's really on your mind? Perhaps some inspirational bible verses? Or just perhaps...you can use your amazing powers of observation and combine the two into one. No, the story speaks for itself. Is there a reason you seem so hard-pressed to argue about it? I always find it odd that any post here about Afghanistan gets very little attention, regardless of the poster. It was the same with iraq. I find it interesting that many on the Right are not happy about the swap. I think it was good trade.Israel usually trades hundreds of Palistinian prisoners just to get a single IDF soldier back.

  18. Tell them that God's gonna cutchu down: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJlN9jdQFSc Has it ever occurred to you that repeatedly responding with music videos is boring? FWIW, Johnny Cash's idea of Christianity was vastly different than yours.
  19. Incredible, Fox commentators seem perplexed whether the trade was worth it. I think the exchange had more to do with the recent announcement of future troop levels than the exchange of 5 Taliban detainees.
  20. It's about time. http://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/01/us/only-american-pow-from-afghan-war-is-freed.html?_r=1

  22. Why would you expect anyone to answer your questions when you tell them to take up bowling in the same sentence?
  23. So I suppose you prefer a president who can't answer his own questions without using a teleprompter? As opposed to this>>>>>>http://youtu.be/WajyKE4-lIg
  24. My survival mode goes way, way back. It varies from time to time in intensity. Right now my intensity level is lower but more focused. Democrat or Republican president, I don't think there is much of a difference anymore. The world is not teetering on total chaos. It is teetering on 3.5 years of wonderful peace, then SHTF. However, in America SHTF may come at any time. I believe I am in a relatively safe area if it occurs in my lifetime. Your response reminds me of when I was about ten, and Hal Lindsey's book had just become quite big with with those who were once called "Jesus Freaks", you don't hear that term any more. I had neighbors, who after reading his book, use to preach that Armageddon was now upon us... That was forty years ago. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
  25. So I suppose you prefer a president who can't answer his own questions without using a teleprompter? I suppose it wouldn't interest you to know that Obama isn't the first President to use a Teleprompter. If a Republican is elected in 2016, the GOP will never utter the word again. There are absolutely real issues to dislike Him on , bitching about that is just petty
