Beyond that, it's my understanding that Start has been very busy this season, and seeing as they have no real local competition, I'm not sure who they would be lying to anyway. There are more than a few DZ's around Start...... mine is one of them. I do not know who is being talked about but I take offense to this statement Dave Some people do not want to jump at the gigantic DZ's. As for Start..... Show me any poll where there is not an overwhelming support (from both parties) to tax the top 2% of wage earners. I think it is sleazy to target a particular group. If I cannot say that we need to make the more than 50% that pay nothing pay taxes why is it okay to say the top 2%? First I do not look at my opening.... I look dead ahead to keep a heading Come one now, we all should be able to look around us to check on where those opening near us are headed without upsetting the opening of our own canopy. Is yours so touchy that you can't look up or around? I never want to have a canopy anywhere near that unforgiving. I do look around and wondered if someone would ask me how literal I was being. My point was I do not look up and stare at the opening. I look on heading in general but I also still look around to check for traffic. I jump a xfire 2 and it is an amazing canopy but with a camera helmet on I do everything I can for a nice opening. Richmond "The" Boogie 10 way 1400'. Had a hard pull got it on my third try but was jumping a 260 sqft PD 7 cell. Had I not got it I was going to my reserve.... STUPID! I should have gone for the reserve as soon as I broke 2k. I landed and Cliff Schmucker walked up to me and said "hard pull huh?" with a smile on his face... he was parallel to me the whole way and watching me. He dumped at 2k.
