Your location is very clsoe to locations identified by others, not exactly the same, but very close so nothing new there either. What I am puzzled about is why you would bring this up at all? I said nothing about the"money location" in my previous posts replying to Farflung and 377. My posts were about the cubic tonnage applied in two locations on the Fazio beach front. I said nothing about the find location, and I did not draw the FBi circles nor claim they are accurate. You mention Ralph's book and the photo showing the 'official location'. So why would you jump me about this - why is this issue sensitive? Guess #3: because, Is there an association between the location of the Ingram bundles and the dredge piles? That is what everyone would like to know. And since Ralph and you are separating the two by distance, and you are taking the time to point that out when it wasnt even brought up in the first place, then the implied answer is "No. There is no association". Isnt that what you are concerned about? To make sure people do not think the bundles came up with the dredging material?

How many yards (hundreds of thousands or millions) of material were moved to the Fazio site on average? This appears to be a very active area for materials storage which is also protected from erosion. . 91,100 cu yards to these two locations between 8-19 and 8-25 1971. Note the USGS photo was taken on 9-6-74. Fazios were supposed to spread the material out (by contract) yet photos from Nov of 74 and July of 75 suggest minimal spreading ? By the end of 75 into 76 beach erosion had already modified the beach front with remains of the original two slump piles still visible.

Why won’t this money which was discovered in the middle of a dredging deposit on the banks of the Columbia River laced with microbes common to the Columbia give us some sort of clue as to where it was and how it got there? The barriers: 1. Cooper lost the cash and it ended up in some remote place eventually washing down the river to Tena's bar. 2. That Cooper actually hit the Columbia himself. 3. The ONE no one wants to believe - that the money was not put into the river until 1979 last wk of Sept or first wk of Oct. That this money had previously been hidden in another place or places. (the one theory that has NOT been tested) 4. What if anything is known about the bills? Silver nitrate used in the process of trying to extract prints. No mention has been made of alternative storage of the bills, except for the crazy woman. 5. At the time of the find - no enquiries were made of owners who owned or leased properties along the river from 1971 to 1980. Closed mines will never know the truths that are hidden within. These theories where approached and yielded No results that made sense. The clues were there - but it was easier to claim Cooper drowned and the money had been in the water for 8 yrs. NO one was more surprised this money surfaced than the FBI. It was easier to claim Cooper hit the water and drowned so people would quit looking for him. Cooper was not smart - when he dumped the money in the river. In the past he was a guy who spent more time in prison than out of it because he kept making the same stupid mistakes and many time got caught, but how many times did he not get caught? What was Cooper thinking when he dumped that money in the river? They would find it and think he died and stop looking for him? Was he afraid his wife might find it? Did he just do a stupid thing without even thinking about the consequences? The money showed up a few months later and what does he do - goes on the run. Turns in his resignation and leaves the area leaving behind his wife and home...he needed to put space between himself and WA and he did that by going to AL. This was the same MO that put Cooper in prison and/or jail 5 times or maybe more due to all his aliases. The stupid Crook got lucky! He had bungled everything else in his life from the time he was kid. Poor marriages, poor choices, disowned by his family at the age of 18. His family was ashamed of his military discharges - they left Ohio. Then trying to win his families approval he managed to get himself into the ARMY to please his parents - it didn't work. This trouble maker just got into more trouble when he commandered the General's vehicle for a joy ride at Camp Seibert, AL.

How in the world did you derive that I am doing a book? That is your own conclusion - are you sure that it is not you having someone write a book about your search? The Mesker Maps are NOT available on line nor in the library - only in the county records. Why I was asking for local help. The old permits are NOT on line nor are the buildings that were destroyed in any flood or by other means. This can only be done by someone diligenty searching these records which have been archived. That takes time and money. If the FBI did this in 1980 or shortly after the money find, there will be NO need to repeat it. It is my understanding the FBI did NOT do this specific kind or research. This should have been one of the first things the FBI should have done right after the money find. Instead this has been allowed to continue on and on creating the "mystery" of the money find...rather than to look for logical explanations. If I wanted to write a book the opportunities of writers appeared right off the bat - but, I also felt there were enough "Cooper Fiction Books" on the market. Put your indifference with me in a box for awhile and the mystery of the money might be solve and NO it will NOT prove Weber was Cooper. If you truely want to be a part of the discovery put your indifferences toward me aside and work toward solutions never before explored. The current mode of research by the FBI did not produce results so it is time to try something else.
