    I don't know what the regulations are in states, but in Finland if, - the airspace class is not G or G+ - all the jumpers are licensed jumpers - the airspace is controlled by an ATC - and the plane is equipped with GPS or equivalent satellite navigation system intended for aviation use then you can jump through clouds. Attached is a picture of what is acceptable to jump in Finland by regulations if the jumper chooses to do so. Your rights end where my feelings begin.

    My understanding is that when people say 'nobody has ever been killed because of MJ' is that they mean that it hasn't killed anyone due to its toxicity not that it hasn't caused impairment in someone after which they've then done something stupid to get themselves killed.     Just because you can't perform perfectly in free fall with less than 10 jumps doesn't mean you're not meant to skydive. Go get some tunnel time to 'perfect' your free fall skills if that bothers you. If you can't perform under pressure, make decisions when it matters or are in other ways danger to yourself or others, then you're not meant to skydive, but not because you can't perfect your free fall with less then 10 minutes total spent doing it.     Pilot chute over the nose is fairly common with student canopies using spring loaded PC's. I see them ~2-5 per season. Usually you don't really need to do much, just test if the canopy flies normally and is controllable and flarable. Most of the time when it happens to students they don't notice themselves at all and don't realize it until you ask them about it. Your rights end where my feelings begin.

    45 degree rule is a source with ZERO VALUE. Having NO DATA whatsoever, I would watch the ground covered distance with my eyes, or, if ground view was partially obstructed by clouds, leave 15 seconds between groups just to be safe. Yeah I'm just an old fart...but I believe if you can't spot efficiently by your C license you'd better take some lessons. If I were King it would be part of the D license requirements. In Finland you can't get your A-license without being able to spot and/or use a WDI to determine the exit point. Your rights end where my feelings begin.

    Something isn't worth the money it costs to destroy it. If my neighbor buys a fancy new car and pays 50k$, just because I can buy a gallon of petrol for 10$ to torch that card doesn't mean that the car is worth 10$. In the same way just because you can pay a crack/methhead 10k$ to off just about any average person, doesn't mean that that is what that persons life is worth.     The way I see it, natural selection failed its job. Seriously, all he had to do was to open the fucking door and walk away. I might sympathize if he had been hit by an avalanche, but its fucking Sweden. It takes fucking forever for so much snow to fall down that you can't just get up and walk away.     Sand mandala I'd love to be the one who destroys the created image. There is something very gratifying in destroying something that first took you time and effort to create. When I was a kid I used to build these intricate models from legos, And once I had them finished I took them upstairs and smashed them down the stairs. I still have this very vivid memory of one time when I built a truck from legos then hurled it downstairs. The thing practically exploded once it hit the floor.     There is the source of your problems. The condo isn't worth anymore then someone is willing to pay for it. You need to admit to yourself that you got played. Just because you paid X amount of dollars for it doesn't mean its actually worth that. The longer you drag this on, the longer you're going to be miserable. Your rights end where my feelings begin.
