The answer is yes and no- it really depends on both parties in the relationship. Now in this generation- we tend to be a bit open and experimental with our partners, so we as generation x are more open to "swinging" and other similar events. However there are some that DO just have one partner for the rest of their lives. It just about your own consentual choice made by two adults Yeah there are alot of available people out there. Again- the choice to explore other avenues is made by two consenting adults. My personal opinion- If I ever was cheated on- I'd pull a Lorena Bobbit and chop it off! haha! But then again- I've had several "different" types of relationships and it really just depends on the emotions involved, trust, and compromise. Hmmmm... I had an interesting conversation with a few coworkers today about society and male vs. female roles in dating. I tend to have the stereotypical "male" role. I like the conquest-the challenge-and of course the spoils of war. Now, don't take this as me trying to hook up with people that are attached- thats too much drama- way too messy. And I don't feel like getting shanked or stalked hahaha. I just enjoy people who are "out of my league" per say. So question to every one: Is there really a boundry that separates people from society that makes some one really "unattainable" (this question only implies people that are single) Does social status really impact the demographic of people you generally date? Its not the contract that is getting me- Its the phone- Problem is- I keep losing them since my last one was SUPPOSED to have insurance on it- and it was never put on... I just quit buying them. I've spent close to 1000 this year just on black berries. No more- I don't want to piss out another 350 bucks for a new one. Okay so I am going to patent a book called "confessions of a skydiver" And have all of life's question's answered by skydivers all over the world. Man- that would brain wash young adults everywhere. Or make for a HILARIOUS reality show. Best Girl Scout Ever.

I do ask a lot of relationship questions- being sexual- non sexual- or friendship. Reason being: (not that all my questions apply specifically to me) I have been single for a while- with a few dates here and there- but nothing serious. But that I am curious as to how people function. I have a lot to experience still and since I really can't ask my parents (I am 1st generation born in the states and they are SUPER traditional and they don't fully understand american culture) So I have to experiment- through trial and error - and learn how to "establish" myself. I've had to learn a lot by myself- American Culture- Alternative Cultures- all different types of personalities- I ask groups how do I learn to live with another? It could be... I can't tell you how many times I've met people to find out that they are married or with some one. It never came up in conversation and when I hear it from another source or I have to say "Hey- are you married" Then they finally fess up. Which irritates me. Some have told me- well does it really matter- we are just friends...or I haven't had the time to tell you OR it didn't come up in conversation. I end it right at that point.
