Back when I used to live in Melbourne we had some shitty cable company for years (Optel, now that I think about it) Then we finally got Time Warner, and all was great. The channel guide popped up on the current time, and I was happy. Then I moved to Naples, got cable through Comcast, and noticed that it wasn't working right anymore. So I called the company to figure out what was wrong with my cable box (same model as the one I had up north) and eventually one of the reps I was talking to said Time Warner had a patent on the software or something like that. -- Hook high, flare on time

Awesome stuff, my new main arrived yesterday too. I'm waiting for my drogue dealer to get into town so I can meet him and pick it up. On a related note, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to take a few jumps to play with brake settings until I figure out where I want them set, and was wondering if anybody had a link (pictures would help me mucho) showing how to tie the brake lines to the toggles since I won't be able to drag a rigger to wherever I end up when I jump this thing. So howdya like it? It was a lot of fun, it sniveled for a really long time, I was shifting in the harness like a moflow out of fear of spinning diving line twists, but it opened soft and on heading every time. past a friend under a Diablo 150 in full flight, with my brakes still stowed. Dealing with canopy traffic took more attention and scanning because everything happens so much quicker, landing was great, lotsa low end. Only planned to jump it once, but somebody wanted to try my main, so I jumped it a few more times, did a double front approach, then a 90 front riser and enjoyed the negative recovery arc. It was fun, but I wouldn't want to jump it full time yet. It is my PERCEPTION that it made it easier for me to fly my regular canopy when I went back to it. -- Hook high, flare on time
