It still doesn't seem tight enough, when the TI was hooking her up, it just fell over her shoulder.. "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean

Actually, the BaseR rig is not that flat, it's quite big and bulky. If you want a low profile rig, you should go with Morpheus Technologies WSX-treme, Razor or Adrenalinbase Hybrid LD, now those rigs are truely low profile.. But who's gonna do the packing? It's BASE gear with BASE canopies after all and overall more complications for the student instead of just jumping a skydiving rig.. This is an interesting idea, but really not worth all the hassle, you can talk about flight patterns and how to fly on the ground.. There's specific canopy courses if you want to get better at canopy flight.. How would this idea work anyway, would it be done pre, during or post AFF? Would it be mandatory, would it add extra costs? Again, too much hassle and it doesn't seem like it would bring enough good rezults.. However, I'm all for making it a good Mr. Bill system! loooool marriage, lol jealousy... it's so obvious shes jealous of what you do, cause she probably don't have the guts to (not to mention the "you'll run off with some skydiving chick" drama).. Divooooooooooorce. Edit: just read the post above, FUCKING GOOD JOB DUDE. I advice this for everyone who has a whiny bitch wife. Enjoy your life dude "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean

In Lithuania many young people start skydiving.. I started at 17, there are a few girls who started at 16-17, I know two guys who are doing their AFF's now, one is 15, the other is 16... You can skydive here at the age of 14 (however you need a signed parents permission), when you're 16 you no longer need the signed parent permission..

How witty... "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean

What happened there anyway, did he get a lineover? "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean

How do you actually out climb the terrain which is a slope and is steadily going down (like in 0:37)? Aren't they flying beside the mountain, meaning if they think they're gonna get screwed soon, they just turn to the other side and fly away from the mountain? "de-tuned", "pull-up"? please explain in more detail.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kyeelrq6Xs4 V3 doesn't seem like a "de-tuned" suit and it doesn't seem like these guys are not flying these suits to max performance (0:19 for example).. I'm just wondering... "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean

Maybe sunny for you in England, it's been fog all day in here, only now in the evening the sun is starting to pop out.. The DZ I go to only works in the weekends btw, so I couldn't do anything even if I wanted today.. Anyway, I don't judge you, so please don't judge me, I do what I wanna do. Have a nice day
-
A bit of both. You don't get the same WS trajectory and performance flight view in 13k feet as when you do flying beside a mountain (but again, I'm just saying based on video observations)... The only person who could actually say the truth would be the one that does both skydiving flocking and WS BASE... Well, not when it takes me to pack my main like 30 minutes. And I wouldn't like to take the blame if somene had to cutaway because of my packjob, so I'll just pass it out...
-
Not everyone's got a steady full time job with good steady income, which enables them to jump every weekend of the working skydiving season...
-
That's why experienced people who know about this intervene and tell how it really is.. I'm always happy when people correct me and when I learn how things truely are... "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean

Well it's too bad if they can't realize who they should actually listen to and what correct information they should pick up, if they can't filter and do deeper research and take everything that is said directly, then maybe it's time to quit? Again it's the internet, it's free to discuss and speculate anything you wish, real life is a different story. Every chance I get, I do that
-
wow, I'm sorry Zoter, I never knew internet was the new real life, that your life totally depends on what you say here and that you can't make any mistakes or speculate or discuss anything if you're not 100% expert on that subject... Yeah I've seen this vid, love the "woo-hoo's" "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean

I'm not an expert (heck not even a WS flyer) so you know better
-
Because flocking is not proximity flying. The best place to truely see what a WS can do is in BASE environment doing proximity flying.. And if you notice, the guy flying a V3 was holding it back, during brake off the V3 kicked in and went forward quite fast leaving the rest behind.. And yes mccordia, you're right, only with the best pilots you can truely see the WS's performance.. I'm sure Loic will fly the Verso in BASE sooner or later.. "Dream as you'll live forever, live as you'll die today." James Dean
-
Would be a lot more interesting to see it in BASE environment
