  1. wtf! I used to watch that.
  2. I still vote for installing a nanny cam. Probably catch the dirty old gizzer going thru her "unmentionables"!
  3. And yes, I also think that is a ridiculous rule. Seniority does have a role in employment though, and ideally you would expect in 3 to 5 years, the ability to take a holiday off here and there. As for what you are entitled to from an employer.....other than equal opportunity employment, not much. In most states "at will" employment is the rule of the day. An employer can release you "at will" with no reason or excuse. Basically, they owe you nothing. Keep you chin up, work hard.... Maybe things will change for you in the future. Good luck!
  4. NASA contractor. I train astronauts, NASA aircrew and sometimes civilian pilots how to survive in a reduced pressure environment. Also the Dive Medical Officer when they train in our facility that has a 40ft deep pool. Ala la NBL. Great people to work with.....I am blessed.
  5. Question is, where is Nataly?! She should've been off work by now! She hasn't checked in, oh my Nataly, imperative you make contact with the Colonies asap.......advise of your status.....over
  6. Ya, that's just wrong! You should install a video camera.....see what the creepy dude is up to! Then again, he's probably installed his on camera in your flat! Be careful!
  7. Germany really is great fun to drive...! Yes, they are very disciplined. They know how to be courteous to others and pull over to the right to allow a pass.....
  8. It's ok to move over to allow someone that is faster to go past. I learned to "really" drive in Germany.... You wouldn't last a minute there...going slow in the left lane
  9. I love the basics...... Beef enchiladas and tamales Hmmmmmm..... + Charro beans.....
  10. To all the veterans and those on active duty, thank you! And a quotation from Winston Churchill worth reflecting on: "We sleep soundly in our beds because rough men stand ready in the night to visit violence on those who would do us harm." And so, to all who have served us, then, now, and in the future, a word of somber thanks, from those of us here at home.
  11. Matt, I'm in the same boat. I would like something I can roll upside down, plus a decent XC machine. I'm looking at a Decathlon. Would luv an RV but haven't really put much effort into researching those.... Good luck
  12. Although I'm a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, (and loved my service)....I always wanted to wear those good looking fuckin uniforms you Marines wear! Totally badass! Awesome and congrats and thank you for your service!! Appreciate you protecting my old arse now!! HooAh!
  13. What about my newest ride...?! The Two Bros exhaust sounds pretty badass! Sorry for the small f'n pic.....I suck
  14. Yep, we cut cake with those guys last week.... Awesome group..... Especially Mike Foreman....cool cucumber! From the NBL
  15. 1. 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 2. 2006 Yamaha FZ1 3. 2008 Kawasaki GTR1400
  16. I hear ya amigo......it's just a sad sad shame of a thing to happen..... ok, well the Ellington airshow is over and I'm heading out for Barbecue, Beer, and Scaring some trick or treaters!!! Have a good one!
  17. Are we still in BF? I agree they screwed the pooch, and if my family was on that jet.....I'd think differently I'm sure. It's just a shame though for those guys......their livelihood, their dreams......poof...gone..... I know doctors that have had "accidents", created a situation that ultimately allowed a patient to die...yet, they continue to perform as a surgeon. Same deal, but not much "press" to keep it in the limelight........
  18. The left seater had over 25 yrs, and 20,000+ hours of accident free/unblemished flying and the first officer very similar. Do you just gut both of these guys and never let them fly again? Or give them a buttload of remedial training, sim checks out the waaaazoo, and let them fly again? This one mistake allowance society is getting old.......
  19. I trained Astronauts how to survive in certain situations.....
  20. You do realize that you lost the war, right? We lost? Apparently yes. The Ole Miss Rebels' football team fight song is "The South Will Rise Again!" They haven't been worth squat since the Eli Manning days. GDamnit Billy, you know you can't spring that type of info on me in the middle of the week! Mississippi might have lost, but by God we are still fightin down here in Texas! Viva.. I mean Remember the Alamo!
