The one drawback to taking Melatonin is, since it is naturally produced in your brain, if you start supplimenting, your body might stop making its own melatonin. At least that is what I was told. Chris, I'm sorry you have to have surgery. But, looking on the bright side.....the problem will be fixed and then you'll be on the mend! It's still a scary thought isn't it. Spinach grows really well here, doesn't it! Nothing better than home grown and picked spinach for a spinach salad with raspberry vinagrette! edit: Jeanne, have you grown Arugula? As a dog lover and used to be dog owner, this situation troubles me. If she knew the aggressiveness of the dog, it should have been left outside or away from visitors. It could have been a child it bit. If someone told me to move because of the dog, I would question it, then move. I can understand her not wanting to get rid of the dog, because it is "family", but she really needs to rethink this and maybe keep the dog away from visitors or she could be facing a much more serious problem. After spending almost a week in Minnesota, I will not be complaining of COLD weather. I wished they could have had more snow for me though. Most places had a thin cover of snow, but I wanted to see lots of snow. The cold temps, now that wasn't too much fun. It is kewl to 'walk on water' though. (even if it's frozen water!! Ha!)
