She chose the 'pretty boy' instead of Brian (from Boston). The kicker was when she told him her ex was Fabio, he flipped out and left! What a jerk! Larissa blew it, but then I didn't think she had a 'connection' with any of them. I was waiting for this big surprise, some deep down secret maybe, but having Fabio as your 'ex'????? It's silly. I am truly sorry and am feeling your pain in losing your dearest friend, Chief. I faced this same decision almost a year ago. You did the only thing you could possibly do to ease Chief's pain and suffering. The Vet would not have euthanized him if it wasn't necessary. Chief knew you loved him and the comfort of your arms and the love in your voice made it a peaceful transition for him. My Vet sent us a copy of the "Rainbow Bridge" after our loss, they really do care about the health and well being of family pets. It's been almost a year for me, and I still relive the day of 'Toby's" passing. It's still very difficult sometimes. Peace to you, you did what was right. You definitely have my shoulder to cry on. I just finished reading "The Privilege of Youth" by Dave Pelzer. Highly recommended along with his other books, "A Child Called It", "The Lost Boy" and "A Man Named Dave". I highly recommend all of these books as this true story is astounding! I am currently reading "Without Pity" by Ann Rule. She always writes about true crime cases, excellent reading can be found in any of her books, if you like true stories. I love to read and my collection is way too large! Chris, Geesh! I hated to read this post. It must be very hard to deal with but everyone on here wishes you only the best. Things will get better, they have gotten better already. You have to wait out this slow, slow recovery. Don't get too low, please????? Take one day at a time, however long that may take to get back to your own self. Every day, you will get a little bit better, one little step at a time. There will be days that aren't good days, but cherish the days that are good days! After your consistent and annoying harassment of my coworkers and me during the commission of our duties, I can only surmise that you are one of the few true genetic wastes of our time. Asking me, a network administrator, to explain every little nuance of everything I do each time you happen to stroll into my office is not only a waste of time, but also a waste of precious oxygen. I was hired because I know how to network computer systems, and you were apparently hired to provide amusement to myself and other employees, who watch you vainly attempt to understand the concept of "cut and paste" for the hundredth time. You will never understand computers. Something as incredibly simple as binary still gives you too many options. You will also never understand why people hate you, but I am going to try and explain it to you, even though I am sure this will be just as effective as telling you what an IP is. Your shiny new iMac has more personality than you ever will. You walk around the building all day, shiftlessly looking for fault in others. When you borrowed the digital camera to "take pictures of your Mother's birthday," you neglected to mention that you were going to take pictures of yourself in the mirror nude. Then you forgot to erase them like the techno-moron you really are. Suffice it to say I have never seen such odd acts with a sauce bottle, but I assure you that those have been copied and kept in safe places pending the authoring of a glowing letter of recommendation. (Try to use a spell check please; I hate having to correct your mistakes.) Thank you for your time, and I expect the letter of recommendation on my desk by 8:00 am tomorrow. One word of this to anybody, and all of your little twisted repugnant obsessions will be open to the public. Never f*** with your systems administrator. Why? Because they know what you do with all that free time!
