    I can understand the feeling. Trying to prepare for the winter quarter that starts Monday is proving difficult. I would really rather be at the DZ preparing to jump out of an airplane. Teaching math used to be the center of my life. Now it's becoming the means to live the life I want. I still think it's a great job, but some of the luster has been replaced by the lure of the sky.     I do appreciate the humor, honest AS someone whose social conscience developed in the xcivil rights era, it's just one of those things that can once in a while spark a little blaze.     Yeah, it's really tough to wait. I got lucky and haven't exactly had to wait. THe DZ where I live is open weekends if it's not snowing, raining, cloudy, windy.......So, I don't get to jump as often as I want to. There a lot to do here. Searching the forums is a great way to spend some time. About any time I think of a topic, I find lots of posts already out there. Have fun here while you're waiting.

    Me too..........Jumping out of an airplane would be sooooo much better than writing syllabi and tests for my classes that start on Monday. I'd probably write much nicer tests after a little air time. Of course any word problems would probably involve skydiving. Oh,well,.....back to work.
