    first off, i wouldn't consider it a gaffe, as hinted at later in the thread, we are on the same path as russia if we don't curb some spending. and also, the russians are not given near the credit due to them for saving our asses in ww2. yes, i said it, if it were not for russian troops and their fierce opposition on the eastern front, we might have fallen to the axis. now, i like sushi and beer, but am very grateful to all the veterans in that war, especially the russians. http://kitswv.com

    just because you can't believe it doesn't mean it didn't happen that way. it is a tough line when you try to prevent harm coming to individuals from a person with a mental instability, or any other reason to kill a bunch of innocent people. i'm not sure where i stand on this, i have always been a proponent of freedom and personal liberty, but i also have a 9 year old son who i love more dearly than life itself. tough call indeed on this one and many others. sometimes it is better to err on the side of caution and say, "at least nobody got killed", and let the courts decide what was appropriate later. http://kitswv.com

    we're using packet tracer and setting up cool networks in school. i love that program, you can set up ip phones and actually call them. no limit to what you can achieve with it. i am studying for the ccna, my instructor told me to first learn the shit from the books to get an understanding of the material, then take practice tests til i get it down. http://kitswv.com

    now i may not be an expert, but i did sleep at a holiday inn express last night...but seriously, i watched a show called journey to the center of the earth with my son and it taught me something which may be relevant. the way the earth made oil may suggest that it can make more. they say it takes millions of years, but it has been going on for millions, right? and who's to say it won't continue? harder to get for sure, but still there. and maybe not being produced as fast as we consume it, but who really knows for sure? it's all a guess, basically. i'm much more worried about the government as far as worry goes. i don't really until people start shooting at me or maybe rocket attacks. other than that, if nobody's dying, it's all ok. http://kitswv.com

    i see no reason to revamp any laws, it is great how it is. if you feel threatened, you should have the right to defend yourself. that being said, it sounds like the leo in this case should have used reasonable judgement in attempting to find the true perps. and answering the door with a gun pointed? sounds fishy there as well, but the other side of the story will never be heard, he's dead. this is a tough one, but i would say, based on the stories alone, that at the least, it should be a wrongful death suit, but who am i? http://kitswv.com

    if you obtained citizenship legally, that makes you a legal citizen. but i'm not a lawyer, thank the gods, so it probably isn't the case. i am referring to illegal immigrants, not legal ones. and to the other question about tourists, they should be protected to the fullest extent of the law, as long as they are not violating any laws while here. in other words, they should be treated well. http://kitswv.com

    i believe that i may have looked into making the arms come up straighter then go back at a more gentle slope. i know that when i sit in a rocker to relax, proper support of the arms is crucial and it looks a bit high in the back. as stated above, without sitting in it, i can't find any other improvements to be made. the truest test is to get baked and watch a movie in it, not that i condone the use of harmless plants or anything...don't want to wander off topic, sorry. beautiful chair, i too would consider purchasing one if the price was right. great job! http://kitswv.com
