    hey chris, fill out your profile before someone verbally kicks you in the nuts for not doing so. What kind of helmet is it? Do you have a chin cup? I had a prolem with camera shake before what I discovered is the helmet didnt fit perfectly to my head causing the wobble. Maybe you need to adjust the padding inside?? Additionally, how is the helmet secured to your head i.e do you have a chin cup, perhaps it needs to be tighter? Maybe you could try turning off the Image Stabilazation some have said that IS increases the shake is some camera's YMMV. Those are the first things I would check and then go from there, Im sure others will have suggestions. Best of luck Chuck Bryan

    Nope, but I can understand why you'd ask. Just had an inappropriately bitchy day. The "stupid whuffos" genre gets under my skin sometimes. I had that problem for about 2 years once. You got the shot for that though didn't you Chris?

    I always loved my road king when I was on motors. Although, I had the chance to ride both the BMW and the Honda, they were fun too. Never mattered to me as long as I wasn't stuck in a cage.

    Im pretty consertive about the winds I'll jump in, Doke and I have worked together and pretty much have the same attitude. Although a certain DZO we used to work for feels it's "perfectly acceptable to be getting blown backwards under a tandem canopy." I dont pay my bills by doing tandems so if the winds/weather is questionable Im done for the day. There is no amount of money worth getting hurt, or worse getting a customer hurt. Chuck Bryan

    I've seen a lot of kick ass jumpsuits made by Ourgan but man their prices are high. I purchased a tandem jacket from them they spelled my name wrong on the embrodery, they never fixed it. Next time I buy another jumpsuit, it will not be an ouragan. I've always heard good things about liquid sky. I wear a jump suit when I do tandems mostly to help with fall rate because Im a big guy. Im getting ready to order a new one, I'll be talking to liquid sky... Chuck Bryan

    Flagler closed years ago when Rock Evans and his wife divorced. From what I understand there were other factors involved in it's closing which I am not going to speculate about but according to rock and his ex-wife the dz closed when they split up. About a year ago a friend of mine and I had conversation with the airport manager about having a DZ back at flagler ( we werent considering opening one we just happened to meet the guy are were talking) his thought was that the airport had way to much traffic to support a DZ they have a few flight schools there now and several businesses hanger jets there. I don't know if he would still have that same thought or if they would be open to it now as I believe some of the flight schools have closed and some of the major companies no longer hanger there.... I'm having lunch with Rocky Evans next week to talk about another small dz he is working on opening... could be interesting

    "Adding a Royal, XSeries, or other SD lens to an HD camera is like putting a silver saddle on a donkey." I think what he means is using a SD lens on a camera the is able to shoot HD will not allow the camera to be used to is fullest potential.

    Are you coming down I-95 st. marys GA 20 min from I95 Skydive Jax 40 min From I 95 I think Skydive Palatka 45 min from I 95 Skydive Deland 20 min from I 95 Skydive Space Center 5 min from I 95(Check with them you have to have a B license or some stupid shit....) Z-hills who cares how far it is from I 95 if you coming to florida you have to spend a day at z-hills Sebastian theres a few others depending on what you want to do. Some of the aforementioned I would not miss stopping at, some of the aforementioned I would not bother. YMMV safe trip Chuck Bryan

    The only person I know of in the US who made custom helmets was out of Deland, his name was Wes Rich. However, he has since passed away. The Wes Vapor, is based on the design of his helmets. Good luck in your search
