Sounds to me like your picker is broke

I agree with DSEs thought. Ive seen that happen on a brand new camera right out of the box. It started out fine and began doing that and then it became an intermittent pain in the ass. Is the camera still under warranty? I hope so. Try DSEs remedy but if that doesn't work its going to have to go for repair. Good luck Chuck

Do you have to do you ride time on the weekends or can you do it during the week or maybe on the night shift? Im starting my new job next week, Ill be working Sat, Sun and its either tues or wed for the next 10 weeks, if you can arrange your ride time on my days off Ill come down and watch the kids. In most states, unless a CRIMINAL citation is issued there is no forum for a victim impact statement. Your only other option would be to personally write the judge and ask to speak at the hearing. There not bad shot, however, I recommend you work on getting away from using the auto settings, start with the TV settings and play with them a lot start at between 200 and 500 set your ISO at 100 for bright days and work it up towards 400 when the sun is going down. You have a great camera, as you gain experience with the manual settings you'll find your photos improve. Have fun with it Chuck

my 8 year old has more time in the tunnel than I do. Every time we go he say "daddy can I go again", I cant tell him no,so he ends up using his time and mine. He rocks in the tunnel and I love watching him smile as he flys around in there. I dont know if he'll ever skydive, that will totally be his choice but Ill take him to the tunnel anytime he wants to go.

I am a registered nurse, I work in the intensive care unit and in the emergency department. Nursing can be a tough but rewarding profession. There are never enough nurses and the patient to nurse ratio is high you will work hard, you will get frustrated with doctors, families, patients, administration, and other nurses. The pay is good, depending on what part of the country you are in, for example, Im in florida, the starting rate at my hospital is 20.00 and hour, first raise at 3 months and an average raise of 3% per year after that. night shift give you a added 25% shift differential and another 10% for working weekends. Overtime is plentiful. Many hospitals in my area are giving 10,000.00 sign on bonuses. You will never be out of work unless you do something stupid and have your license revoked. Once you have some experience you can take travel nursing assignments if you elect to they are usually 13 week assignments at the hospital of your choice. travel assignments pay 30-50 and hour and they pay for your housing Its tough to watch your patients die, especially when they are young. You will cry from time to time, you will laugh at times too. I love what I do its challenging, and rewarding at the same time, its really cool to know that their are people alive today, directly because of me. So, I was talking to a friend of my who uses Tmobile for her cell service, we were discussing how her phone will connect to the internet and make calls when shes in range of a wifi connection. She was telling me how clear it was. So I was bored this morning when I got home from work and I wanted to check out the whole voice over internet thing or myself. I down loaded skype bought 10.00 worth of phone credit and made a few phone calls. I am really impressed with the quality. I call a couple of people and they said other than the fact that the call showed up unknown number they couldn't even tell I was not using a regular phone. It seems the price for skype calls are alot less than my cell phone I do believe I'll be using it more often. Anybody else have it, how do you like it???

Furthermore what it is refering to is the fact that some states gives law enforcement the option to take a blood test rather than a breath test, the artice specifically mentions AZ. This line sounds like a line of crap, and no offense I think you are talking out of your ass. The only time an officer can order that your blood be drawn without your consent is if you are involved in an accident resulting in serious bodily injury (as deifned by statute) or death. That statute is to protect the rights of the victim or their family and to ensure consequences for your actions. As far as the rules of entrampent, they are to protect the public from the police (in a way) the rule of entrapment states that the police will not do anything to encourage and individual to commit a criminal act that they would not have committed baring the encounter. In the case in the park yes I agree, that should fall into an entrapment as she (the officer) asked the defendant to expose himself. Had he simple exposed himself without her making the request, he then should be found guilty of exposure and lewd and lacivious if he subsequently began masterbating after exposing himself
