Duece it may be hard for me to hold a conversation of this caliber with you but I will try. Cop should have told the wife to hide her keys Silly silly silly.......... One dumb ass f*cks it up for everyone. I have had too many friends die in automobile accidents involving alchohol. I have been in two very serious accidents myself involving hospital time. And received a DUI four years ago this past June. I have toned it down tremendously. If need be I will fight a drunk friend to keep him from driving. I will fight him. Punchin wrestlin whatever. And I have had friends do the same for me. A real good friend will do that. A so so friend will just say don't do it then not hold you back. Just depends how good of a friend you are I guess....... Nice point about the municipality avoiding liability too

I agree that the defendant should have taken his friend home or to a hotel but not back to his car or bar. That's just not looking out for a friend. But to be charged with anything else than just being a poor friend I don't think this man is responsible for 15 years in jail. That is absurd! Sounds like some political strong arming is keeping this case afloat........... Just my $.02.........

Gale next time that happens I would key the plane J/K ~ Sometimes you need to be more assertive when getting on a load. Don't expect them to just notice you. Ya gotta charge....... Specially at a Cessna DZ.

I got scared when I saw some people scattered below us and judging on the ............ I got scared and left I won't do it again.......*fingers crossed* And yes I did have a responsibility to some friends that I came down with that were not .commers. In hindsight I am glad I spent some time with and jumped with them because......... Well that is another story.

I do not think a WFFC record should count. The records should only stand when DZ.COM folks get together at huge events that I can actually attend myself. So I hope they don't make it. Naw thats bad karma I think they will get a 4 point 23 way (1 video) out of an Otter and celebrate their asses off at their probably unbeatable till next year DZ.COM accomplishment. What I do is take a day off and go to a DZ that does not need me to work and i just fun jump. Or........you might not like this but I take the day off and go do something like going to the beach, biking, hiking, drinking all day, #^&**$ all day, or or or um you get the drift. Break away for a day and relax.............

How do you propose we send a buck? I have heard too many people complain about paypal. Any other way to send some moolah? I hesitate to complain but yes I have been getting the boot quit regularly.......

It does not matter how many jumps you have or how much experience you have. You may do your 6 point check every single time you jump but might miss it just one time and well that will be the one time something happens. It seems to have happened to two people this past weekend. Good story Eric. That is almost exactly what happened to me except I was higher at pull time Just check your handles kids.......... -
