Shock your system. Just say "F#$k It!!" and charge into the day with positive thoughts. Force yourself at first then it will become routine. On the other hand I have heard baseball players that get in slumps use "slump-busters" to get back up. Slump Busters vary from sleaping with a fat woman to eating live chickens. In your case you not want to try any of these, but they are an option. Don't let the winter get to you!! Oh and you could always visit FL, TX, CA, AZ and thaw yourself out for a couple...

The only references I have heard to a SCR number is from Texas skydivers or from DZ.COM. Somethign to do with last out of a plane and closing a ten way or something. Or just being part of one. I have never heard of anyone doing it around Nor Cal at all... How do I get my number again?

Yup same here we skydive all year long here in California. And if I am not jumping well... um... er... I uh... um... I... uh um... Couldn't tell you. I ride my bikes during the weekdays after work. I used to ski but the traffic from here to Tahoe on the weekends not to mention the lift lines on the weekends... I'll just take my bike up windy hill. Indoor climbing is something I do occasioanly too on a weekday night. Drinking takes up most of my free time. Is it a hobby? I think so...
