I'm not going there again. I disagree with the term "war on terrorism", you can't wage war on an abstract pronoun. As above, I'm not re-opening that discussion. I also disagree with waging war on Iraq for any other reason than non compliance with UN resolutions, and if any action is to be taken, it must be sanctioned by the UN security council. Anything less is illegal. Lockerbie, 1988, Libvya brought down a Jumbo which could quite easliy have hit a major Scottish city. Nevertheless, they managed to kill 270 people. Richard, we also both know exactly how truly fragile the wells and all the other stuff, like refineries, pumping stations, pipelines etc actually are. What I have done in the past was to slant my CV (resume) towards the job that was being advertised, its not dishonest, think of it more like marketing. You have to sell what the employer wants to buy, so change some of the experience, dumb down some stuff, or play up on other areas....You know what I mean.... There are no rules that say you are only allowed one resume. I disagree with 'soggy bottom boy' Remi, I would say that Israel probably has the most experience dealing with this, its just that we do it better. I would also like to add that the last serious terror act on the UK was the approval of his entry visa!...... Seriously though, our streets are relatively safe, what Rem said is true, if you allow yourself to be terrorised into not enjoying your life, you are letting them win. We are more prepared for this sort of thing due our years of dealing with the IRA who, by the way, are quite quiet right now. I would hazard a guess that you will be at equal risk in the US as you might be in the UK. Even then that risk is infinitesimally small.
