I take it that you are referring to the image of the World Trade towers with "9/11". I didn't really take that to mean that the war on terror started on 09/11/01. It's just the foremost symbol available to represent what terrorists have done to us. This is complete ignorance. The problem is Darfur is not africans killing africans or arabs on horses killing africans, it is a resource power struggle by foreign powers. It is the same in EVERY part of Africa that is supposedly "genocide" and "Africans killing Africans". The DRC alone has had an estimated 8-10 million deaths since 1996. Darfur while a serious problem, is not genocide and is not the biggest humanitarian crisis on earth. Most of Africa is completely up shits creek and it is a direct result of foreign exploitation, which not only includes the governments of US, Israel and China but companies from a wide range of places including Britain, Sweden, Switzerland, Australia and France. It is good they are doing something but it is like skipping a pebble across a lake to the reality of problems that exist within African nations.
